Repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edge to at least 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering, applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm and well ramming ( including supply of road metals) complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat of paving bitumen of VG-30 @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm, complete all as specified and asdirected.

Bituminous pre-mixed asphaltic dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness, with 5 % binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 bitumen, rolled with 8 to 12 ton power road roller and compected to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled not exc 50mm deep, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in are not exc 400 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber consolidated with paving bitumen thickness 75mm or less, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing 2.5mm thick road marking strip (reflective) of specified shade colour using hot thermostatic material by fully automatic thermostatic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, gum beds dispenser propane tank healers and profile shoe heater driven by skilled operator on road surface including cost of materials labour, T&P, sealing the road surface of all dirt scales oil greases and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Eng-in-Charge and strictly in accordance to applicator specfiction.

Metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismanteling of stone slabe and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Gradewith grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 40 mm thick (average) stone dust cushioning and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Old paver blocks /tiles retrieved from dismantling shall be reused

75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8 type D-2) using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8 type D-2) using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of cement plaster on walls and ceiling of any description incl raking out of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old concrete surfaces over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of New Plaster/ concrete surfaces over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
