Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonary ,built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub-class `B' in half brick , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work built in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius using sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old size bricks) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match existing surface including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified. (Note : Item may be repaired to be done in patches also) all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in roofs any thickness including removal complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

75 mm thick Cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing and plinth protection.all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connecting incl cleaning for refixing or removal to stores for 15mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but 20 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls or laid in floors all as spcified and as directed.

Cleaning of water tank, capacity exc 250 to n exc 500 ltrs with all scales and dirts from inside of tank and mouth of inlet/outlet using bleaching powder and washed with water including disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required and reconnecting / re-fixing in position by supplying and fixing of any assesories as per site requirement and clear marking of date with white paint complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 19 here-in-before but exc 500 ltrs upto 1000 Ltrs, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 500 ltr Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling water tanks and removing to store including 20mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
