M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface ( Plastered or unplastered) of walls and applying two coat of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls including cornices, pilasters etc including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying single coat of white wash on wall, complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking outjoints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) finished even & fair without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces n patch work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces in patch work complete all as specified and directed.
