PART-A (Building Work) Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 mtr. including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering and ramming disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with a lead in a 50 mtr.All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. complete in spcified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level 1:4:8(1 cement:4 Coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways with steel props and removal of formwork for foundation, footings, strap beam, raft, base of column etc UPTO PLINTH

Steel Reinforcement:-P/F reinforcement for RCC work including straightening,cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete upto floor three level TMT bars .

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. M20 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix

STONE MASONARY FOR FOUNDATION:- Random Rubble Stone masonry for foundation and plinth in cement sand mortar above 30 cm thick wall in cement sand mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand)

Supply transporation etc. & Stacking good earth at site complete including loading unloading & transporation etc.Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead up to 50 meter and with all lift.

Stone Kharanja: RR Dry stone kharanja under floor

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. complete in spcified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level M 10 grade nominal Mix1:3:6 (1 cement:3 Coarse sand : 6 gradeed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. brick (IS 13757- 1993 ) of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in : Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
