Providing and fixing in position tapered / parallel threaded Tension Compression Mechanical Couplers for rebars conforming to IS code on “Reinforcement Couplers for Mechanical Splices of Bars for Concrete Reinforcement - Specification”. The couplers shall have bar break properties for 100% Tension and compression joints as per manufacturer's specifications and as per the direction of the Engineer. The item shall include all operations and arrangements such as threading with manufacturer's machines and operators, enlargement at connection by forging, provision of bar caps to protect the threads on rebar and related operations and arrangements as required for completing the work. The cost shall include testing of joints before usage of the splice as required by the Engineer at intervals. Providing & installing Slip form construction system for construction of the Stack (chimney) work in all buildings wherever required. Type of Slip form proposed shall be indicated by the bidder in his offer with sketches, drawings and construction statement as explained hereinafter. Number, type and capacities of jacks, the control system and achievable rate of progress in mm/hour shall also be indicated. The chosen scheme shall be of a past proven design. A certified performance record of the scheme shall be submitted with the offer to guarantee workability of the scheme both from execution time and safety point of view.

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge . Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing & staircases railing including applying a priming coat of zinc chromate steel primer etc. complete as per specifications using M.S tubes of ISI marked (Medium) of specified diameter and thickness

Providing and Laying Minimum 25 mm thick uniform shade Kotah stone treads and risers of steps, skirting, window sills in single length up to 2.00 metres length slab dado and pillars laid on 12 mm thick (average) cement mortar 1:3 (using crushed sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing to obtain mirror finish complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Glazed VITRIFIED floor tiles of approved make in different sizes conforming to IS 15622 in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish laid over a bed of minimum 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (using Crushed sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry including grouting with the joints with white cement based Tile Grout of approved make and matching shade complete as per patterns, drawings and specifications complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Using Tiles of size above 600x 600mm and up to and including 900 x 900mm.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS 15622 of approved make. shade and colour of size ranging from 300 - 600 mm long and 300 mm - 600 mm wide and thickness not less than 6 mm as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (using crushed sand), setting the tiles in cement slurry and pointing the joints with matching colour Tile grout of approved make of matching shade including using PVC tile trim in the exposed corners, complete as per drawings, patterns and specifications complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing storm water chambers of Internal size clear dimension of 450mm x 450 mm in 230 thick brick masonry with Cement mortar 1:4 over a bed of 150 mm thick 1:4:8 cement concrete foundation, plastering with cement mortar 1:4 20 mm thick on inside, outside and all exposed surfaces finished with a floating coat of neat cement, embedding the C.I frame and cover / RCC precast slab by making suitable rebate in concrete, and fixing cast iron steps if necessary at 300mm intervals complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing, hoisting and installing at required elevation moulded HDPE cylindrical vertical water storage tanks of approved make of the following capacities with suitable S. M. C cover at top including the cost of labour for making hole in the storage tank for inlet, outlet, scour and overflow, providing and fixing necessary G.I Nipples ranging from 15 mm to 50 nn n.b of average150 mm length with double check nuts, washers etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Conducting Water tightness / Hydro test for water retaining structures including all labour, materials, tools, equipment, services and including the following : (i) Testing of all water retaining structures for water tightness shall be carried out in accordance with Clause No. 12 of IS : 3370 (Part 1) : 2009 & and Appendix G of AERB/SS/CSE-1 (AERB CODE) to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge, (ii) Providing and installing all supplementary or miscellaneous appurtenances and devices incidental for testing purpose,(iii) Preparatory works, methodology statement & conducting water tightness test with prior approval from the Engineer-in-charge, (iv) Preparing & submitting necessary reports with results recorded in a systematic manner.
