M&L 15 mm rendering in CM(1:4) over existing/old RCCSlab/surfaces after dismantling /taking down existing roof treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engg In Charge.

Cleaning of surface of loose dust and grit and cement slurry etc. by means of wire brush dust removing and scrapper etc .Pot holes/cracks shall be repaired with cement admixed with polymer as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engg In Charge.

Providing PCC coving /gola along vertical parapets of size 75 mm x 75 mm with concrete mix (1:2:4) type B1 using WPC of approved make etc complete all as specified and directed by Engg In Charge.

The surface shall be treated with PU Elastoseal primer with Epoxy primer to seal the pores and enhance the adhesion of the coating,supplying and applying single component waterproofing liquid membrane based on pure,elastomeric,polyurethane resin cold applied of spray/brush applied membrane with an elongation of (650%+,- 50 ) and tensile strength not less than 2 Mpa ,crack bridging ability not less than 2 mm.No leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure.shore hardness > 50 shore. The Minimum thickness to be applied shall be 1.5 mm,( overall )in two layers (each layer 750 micron) or as per manufacurer's instructions so as acheive thickness not less tha 1.5 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engg In Charge.

Providing and laying of protective Geotextile fabric 150 GSM over the entire membrane with proper overlaps of 75 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engg In Charge.Note :- For Roof Treatment process Make of PU Primer /Membrane :- SIKA/BASF,BERGER/STP FOSROC/ SAINT GOBIN /PIDILITE

Providing and laying SRI (Sun Resistance Index ) roof tiles (size 300x300x9-10 mm) with 20 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer's instructions confirming to required slope complete all as specified and directed by Engg In Charge. M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in mud stops or roof kerbs, etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F for factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood polymer composite) solid door /window/ceosetory windows& other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65x100 mm compraising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 ( Suspension grade),calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk ) and non toxic additives ( maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms ) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum,screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N(face) & 1100 N ( Edge),minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2,modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fastners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Eng In charge .( MS holdfast / lugs dash fastners shall be included in unit rate of item). Note:- For WPC solid door/window frames,minus 5 mm toletance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable .Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window or Two track two panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh /Glazed , made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension, comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners of suitable size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed /openable glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 1.50 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners of suitable size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. No leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure. shore Hardness > 50 Shore.The minimum thickness to be applied shall be 1.5 mm , (overall) in two layers (each layer 750 micron) or as per manufacture's instructions so as to achieve thickness not less than 15mm. (f) Providing & laying of protective Geotextile fabric 150 GSM over the entire membrane with proper overlaps of 75mm before laying SRI roof tiles. M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab and adjoining vertical slab as described following any one method Method 1 (A) - Supplying and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, SmartCare Damp Block 2K or approved equivalent , having 100 % elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5.Clean all working surface & made free from dirt, grease laitance etc. After inspection for all working area rough surface, cracks & construction joint are treated by polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1Polymer : 4 Sand).Making Gola of size 75X75mm at junction of vertical & horizontal with the polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 . (1 Cement : 1Polymer : 4 Sand). The coating shall be terminated at 1600mm in toilet/2100mm in bathroom on vertical walls. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing and shall have consumption of 1.5kg/sqm per coats, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications. (B) Bore Packing: All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and pvc pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non-shrink free flow grout - SmartCare GP Grout or approved equivalent having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the pvc pipe and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent. (c) Apply 12-15mm 1:3 cement plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with SmartCare Vitalia Neo @200ml per bag of cement Method 2 (A) Providing & applying two component cementitious & acrylic flexible waterproofing & protective coating, two coats with 1mm DFT, having Hydrostatic (positive) water pressure resistance (DIN 1048) is 7. Abrasion resistance, cm/km is 0.09 of Dr Fixit Pidifin 2k @ 1.5kg/sqm or equivalent with a paint brush over existing roof surface. The Polyester reinforced coated net of 45g/m2, 2.5mmx2.5mm is Laying on the surface immediately on the first coat of two component modified polymer Dr Fixit pidifin 2k or equivalent. After removal of all loose materials like dust etc. With wire brush coir brushes from roof surface to get absolutely cleaned surface free of foreign contaminant filling of crack and patches with polymer based repair mortar/micro concrete, repairing with 15 mm thick cement plaster after the repairing work making the gola on surrounding wall’s junction and seal the vertical walls up to 2100 mm. In case of core cutting on the surface, the joint is seal with non-shrink grout. The work complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Work shall be executed through specialized agency)

(B) Apply 12-15mm 1:3 cement plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with SmartCare Vitalia Neo @200ml per bag of cement Note: (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
