Repair of PUES Building at Kailasapuram H/O Minnal Panchayat in Arakonnam Block

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Distembering on old wall surface two coat with oil bound distember paint over one coat of primer including scraping old wall surface cleaning etc complete

Exterior emulsion painting on old wall surface two coat with plastic emulsion paint over one coat of primer including scraping old wall surface cleaning etc complete

Black board Painting two coats using black oxide for Old blackboard including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete

Painting two coats door & windows including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc.for new steel door and windows etc

Paving the Top of roof with Solar reflective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

CC 1:4:8 mix using 40mm metal including cost and conveyance etc

Brick work using country bricks of 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" in CM 1:5 including cost and conveyance etc

CC 1:3:6 mix using 40mm metal including cost and conveyance etc

Provision for New Window including cost and conveyance etc

Provision for New Door including cost and conveyance etc

Wiring 2 x 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.30)PVC insulated unsheathed SC.cu.conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with in flush with wall covered with hylem sheet of 3 mm thick with painting of suitable colour for concealed PVC light/ fan point

Supply and fixing of 4'-18W LED tube with fitting inclusive of all charges

Wiring 2 x 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.30)PVC insulated unsheathed SC.cu. conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with in flush with wall covered with hylem sheet of 3 mm thick with painting of suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point

supply and fixing of 1200mm sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp

Supply and fixing of water tight Bulk Head fitting with guard (Philips / Bajaj / Crompton / Klite) suitable for incandencent lamp and 60W bulb (SD N0.83)

Supply and run of 2 of 1.50 Sq.mm polythene insulated PVC sheathed heavy duty SC Copper conductor of 1100 V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Single Phase service connection with 32A Fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit.

Supply and run of 2x4 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains

Supply and Fixing of 15 Amps 3 Pin Switch including all charges
