Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) - Nallah stone - complete job.

Engagement of Carpenter with all tools for making wooden benches - complete job. 04 carpenter for 08 days.

Supplying of Iron wire nails etc. required by the carpenter for making wooden benches - complete job.

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications: Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture - complete job.

Polishing on wood work with ready mixed wax polish of approved brand and manufacture on New work - complete job.

Carriage of sand from source to site of work by M.T./H.L. including loading, unloading, stacking and all lead & lift - complete job.

Carriage of stone from source to site of work by M.T./H.L. including loading, unloading, stacking and all lead & lift - complete job.
