Dismantling electric and water connection of the geyser, taking down from its position on ground, dismantling geyser complete such as removing tank from its outer body, removing apparatus plate from the tank, descaling the geyser inner tank and apparatus plate complete, testing its thermostat, heating element , and tank from leakage, reassembling the geyser, replacement of unserviceable parts such as heating element, thermostate, indication lamp, plug top , three core wire, rubber gasket, inner tank, split plate, outer bottom cover, apparatus plate if required and all other connected items (Spares will be paid under relevant item of the Sch as suuply only) testing the geyser and installation of the geyser into its original position and connecting all electric and water supply connection complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of capacity 25/35/50 liters.

Supply only heating element any type as per site requirement of capacity 2 KW ISI Mark complete all as specified and directed. Make: Bajaj/Thetha

Supply only Apparatus plate 06/09 hole for 25/50 liters capacity geyser made out of brass and chromium plated as per site requirement complete all as directed.

Supply only split plate for 25/50 litrs capacity geyser as per site requirement and made out of 20 gauge MS sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only geyser inner tank made out of stainless steel sheet conforming to I.S. for 50 liters geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only geyser inner tank made out of stainless steel sheet conforming to I.S. for 35 liters geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only geyser inner tank made out of stainless steel sheet conforming to I.S. for 25 ltrs capacity geyser complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of geyser of capacity 25/50Ltrs with one coat of first quality super enamalled white paint complete all as directed.

Supply only fusible plug made out of brass and lead complete all as specified and directed.

S&F three core PVC insulated and over all PVC round cable of size 40/.0076 with stranded copper conductor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plug top, 3 pin , 15 Amps, (ISI marked) as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed (white colour only).Make-Anchor / Havells

Supply and fix in repairs switch socket out let, (ISI marked) 3/5 pin , 6/16 Amps , flush type, 240 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of water supply PVC connection 15 mm dia with washer up to 450 mm long all as specified and directed.

M&L for brazing / soldering work with copper brass alloy to rectify leakage/cracked of inner copper container of storage type electrically operated water heater (Geyser) & testing of inner shell up to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in- Charge including reassembling / reinstalling at site etc complete all as directed.

Supply only safety valve for geyser spring loaded 15 mm dia complete all as directed.

Supply only Rubber Gasket as per site requirement for 25/50 ltr geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of metal clad plug top for metal clad socket all as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of Single core, PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty copper conductor multistaranded of size 4 Sq.mm. (nominal area) drawing in and including 20 mm. dia PVC concealed conduit and conduit accessories and fittings. Including one single core green colour PVC Insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sq. mm. as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly complete including Cutting chases in brick/stone masonry wall all as specified & directed. Note-Two runs of 4 sqmm as pvc cable and one run of 2.5sqmm as earth wire and one run of pvc conduit shall be considered as one RM

S & F GI wall fastner of size 100 mm long 8 mm dia with double washer grouting to a suitable depth and hight in wall to a suitable depth and hight with cement sand mortar 1:4 for fixing / holding storage type electrically operated water heater including necessary GI nuts bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB single pole 240 Volt, 10 KA 5 to 32 Amps in existing DBs all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB single pole and neutral 240 V 10 KA, 40 Amps existing DBs all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement printed circuit board (PCB), ISI Marked, suitable for electrically operated water heater (Geyser) of different capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down old serviceable/unserviceable pipe of 20 mm size with any connection including cleaning for re fixing or removal from the side complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Re fixing/Re laying of old servicalbe GI pipe 20mm as obtained from taking out against items No 31 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in in replacement GI tubing 20mm, medium grade, including fittings such as tee, bend, nipple, socket, reducer, flange, union etc complete all as directed by Engr in Charge

S&F Gun metal gate valve 20 mm class I (ISI) marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, suitable for following bore of pipe including taking down old existing unserviceable gate valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling complete solar water heating of capacity 100 ltr per day including hot & cold water pipes and hot water tank complete. Repairing the sys fixing back in position and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for :- (a) Making good the worn out missing nuts bolts, washers, union socket, flanges and screws etc. (b) Dismantling the solar panel descaling of hot water pipes by using appropriate chemicals, cleaning and washing all copper tube throughly cleaning the complete panel, making the tubes scale free and reassembling the panel. (c) Cleaning cold water tanks. (d) All other materials shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

S & F in replacement of hot water pipe PVC insulation including necessary rubber gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (geyser) of any capacity/make/model from its existing position after disconnecting electric and water supply connections, dismantling various parts and refixing in the same position after cleaning the inner tank including testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Spare parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid as'Supply only' items against relevant items of these schedule and labour elements involved for dismantling and fixing of new spare parts shall deemed to be included in these item.

M&L Mild steel Wallfastner of size 100mm long, 8mm dia with double washers grouting making good in walls with cement mortar 1:4 for fixing water heater after removing the existing unserviceable wall fastner including nuts /bolts and washers complete all as directed by the Engr-in –Charge.

M&L Point wiring with single runs PVC insulated FRLSH grade, 1100V grade cable with multistranded copper conductor of size 4.00 Sqmm (Nominal area) (ISI Marked) drawn in and including PVC Casing capping of suitable size with all fittings and accessories including PVC rectangular board of suitable size and drawing continuous earth wire of PVC insulated FR LSH grade, unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 4.0 Sqmm (ISI Marked) as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly including PVC board of suitable size for housing / mounting the switches /sockets etc and top coverred with plastic laminated sheet 3mm thick including making good disturbed surfaces of wall complete all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge for socket point including taking down old unserviceable point wiring.

Taking down/disconnection of existing GI pipe, 15 mm dia with fittings from its original position, segregating serviceable pipes and fittings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr - in Charge.

Supply and fix, GI tubing, 15 mm bore (medium grade) incl all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr - in Charge .

Refixing only serviceable GI tubing 15 mm bore as obtained from item No 19 here-in-before including all fittings etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr - in Charge.

S&F CPVC pipe SDR 11 with fittings for 20mm outer diamt of pipe complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
