Repair and Maintenance of floating jetty at North Bay under RCD, Wimberly Gunj.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, bufing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Launching, fixing and Replacing of old damaged HDPE cubical with new HDPE Cubical (0.50 m x 0.50 m x 0.40 m ) by assembling and fixing at Shore/workshop, including the cost of HDPE Cubical, connecting pins and other fittings and fixtures etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge including all labour charges and minor tools required at site etc. (Modular HDPE cubical units, Magic float Reinforced type or equivalent, weight not less than 8.5 Kg/unit (+5%), Capacity: 360 Kg/sqm, Materials: HDPE lupolen 5261Z, Dimension: 0.50m x 0.50 m x0.40 m, Top cover thickness of 15mm to ensure sufficient protection, top cover should be fillted inside the cervix of the module to ensure sufficient protection of the cover, lug thickness of 22, side surface to be 3, dimensional male female interlocking system cost of units including cost of all taxes and other liabiltie as per the rates in force) by assembling & fixing at Shore/workshops including the costs of HDPE, cubical connecting pins minor tools & plants, labour charges, incidental charges etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. [Note: Test certificate should be submitted for materials properties shall be acceptable which are provided report by CIPET India or any reputed research centres which are acceptable internationally along with the cubical units]

Providing and fixing of "HDPE MAGIX FLOAT side PIN" with necessary fittings and fixtures etc all complete as per the direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing of "PE FENDER" SA 605 with necessary fittings and fixtures etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Stainless steel bollard, 65NB x0.5 M height wall thickn ess of the post is 5mm. The NEEPCO logo and "KaHPS" should be distinctly punched in the incline plate when reaqding from front (Paint or Print is not accepted). There should be hook for hanging 3 Nos. of chains in each side. The middle hook should be centre height of the post and rest 2 hooks should be at 11- inch distance from centre hook i.e above & below. Botton base plate for fixing the bollard should be 8 mm thick, 250 mm OD, 04 Nos. hole at 90 degree apart considering from front with hole size of 13mm dia at 213 mm PCD.

Providing and fixing G.I chain of 20 mm standard size all complete as per the direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing M.S chain of 20 mm standard size all complete as per the direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing Nylon rope of 25 mm dia as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of distance washer (Black) etc all complete as per the direction of EIC.

Casting and placing of Cement Concrete anchor block of mix 1:2:4 ( 1 cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) suitable for anchoring HDPE cube /floating platform in sea at the location specified by the Engineer-in-charge, including the cost of centering and shuttering and finishing etc.(The buoyancy of the raft will be 360kg/sqm and weight will be around 40 kg/sqm including self weight & weight fixtures, (self weight is 7 kg per unit of "0.60 m x 0.60 m x0.30 m"
