Providing/ fixing / testing & commissioning of wooden sluice gate at the channel connecting to aeration chamber of 12 MGD and 45 MGD STP at STP Okhla by carrying out the following works: - Providing the gunny bags in order to block/isolate the flow from both side with the help of labour/machine and dewatering the sewage with the help of suitable capacity submersible pump set as per site requirement.

cleaning of deposited sludge/ soil in channel required for fixing of sluice gate with the help of manual labour/ temporary platform etc.

Dismantling the existing, old and damaged structure with the help of specialized labour gas cutter and other required arrangement.

Making RCC column and repairing of channel in the vicinity of sluice gate and making grooves in RCC column and fixing of MS channel of suitable size in the grooves for sliding of gate by making temporary platform. The grooves must be perfectly straight for easy sliding of wooden sluice gate.

Providing fabricating and fixing of sliding wooden flap of size apporx 1.30 x 1.70 mtr with the help of 50 mm thik wooden plank of suitable size as per site requirement, MS angle of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm for strengthening and proper holding of wooden planks & nut bolts etc. The wooden plank must be processed by required chemical & paints for making it water resistant and longer life.

Fabrication of SS spindle of dia 50mm length 2.5mtr including turning, threading and complete in all respect as per site requirement with thrust bearing, spindle nut, hand wheel and complete assembly.

Proving of twin hook mechanism, head stock assembly, wheel including nut and bolts as per site requirement.

Providing and fixing of MS channel of size 150x75, 1.30 mtr lengths.

Assembling the complete wooden sluice gate by fixing of spindle, twin hook mechanism and head stock assembly etc. with required MS plate/ angle/ cannels of various sizes, civil work etc with the help of long boom crane, welding sets, cutter sets, fitter and specialized labour etc.

Required hard civil work at bottom of the duct channel in order to make the gate leak proof in close position.

Painting of the complete structure with one coat of primer, two or more coat of enamel paint i/c auxiliary material like old dhoti, emery paper, brushes etc.

Testing & Commissioning of the gate with the help of long boom crane, welding set, cutter sets and specialized labour etc. complete in all respect including transportation charges etc.

Providing/fabricating and Fixing the MS platform of size 2.0m x 0.8 m with stairs and railing on one side of sluice gate by using 8mm thick chequrred sheet, MS channel of size 75x40 mm, MS angle 65x65x6 mm, GI pipe of dia 40 mm for safe and easy operation of sluice gate with the required civil work for fixing of MS channel in ground/base.
