Supplying and fabricating of steel required for all RCC items of work including cost of conveyance of all materials such as steel rods of various sizes, binding wire, handling charges, cleaning the rod, straightening the rod, cutting, bending, tying of grills, welding, placing and providing overlaps, hoisting and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawing including provisions of space bars, coffer blocks and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing launching apron using loose boulders of each size greater than 300 mm thick and weight more than 40 kg including the cost of new wedges for filling the gaps, etc complete as directed by the Engineer in chagre of works and as per the technical specifications.

Supplying and fixing of PVC pipe 110 mm dia (4Kg / cm2) for weep holes provided in the wing walls of either side etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for dewatering with 7.50 HP diesel driven pump with 6" dia suction and delivery pipe (diesel engine with 1500 RMP) inclusive of cost of fuel, maintenance and operator wages etc., complete. (No. transport and fixing charge will be paid for pump).

Supplying and fixing in position of demarcation R.C.C. pre cast post in cement concrete of grade M 15 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of size 20 mm of size 0.20 x 0.20 x 1.45 m and 0.45 x 0.20 x 0.30 m base fixing the post 30 cm depth below ground level, the post includes using 4 numbers of 10 mm RTS main rod to a length of 1.33 m, using 8 mm MS @ 15 cm spacing as strips with steel centering and painting the post with enamel paint all around the post etc. complete and conveying the post to the site of demarcation boundary such as canal bund/water spread area etc including earth work excavation for foundation (45x45x45cm) in HSC having the base plain cement concrete of 15 cm of grade M 7.5 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 40 mm of 10 cm thick, and the post embedded by using cement concrete of grade M10 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 20 mm of 30cm thick as per the drawing enclosed including cost of earth work, concrete, moulding charges, steel reinforcement, finishing, painting them and marking at top of post, etc .complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Earth deploying earth moving machinery for desilting channel and forming bund on either side and depositing the earth on banks including jungle clearance etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of size 1.80 m X 1.20 m width consist of skin plate made out of 8mm thick mild steel plate and horizontal stiffened using with 100 x 50 mm mild steel channel at an interval not more than 0.50 m and vertical stiffener made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60 m and provided with 8mm mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc., conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of anticorrosive black paint over the one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labuors, power charges, conveying charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled material to the section store, cost of petty civil works, trial operations of shutter and including all taxes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of size above 3.40 m X 1.55 m width made out of 12mm thick mild steel plates using ISMB 150 X 75 mm ISMB 150 at an interval not more than 0.5 m and vertical stiffners made out of 100 X 50 mm MS channel at an interval not more than 0.6 m and end vertical job made up of 100 X 50 mm mild steel channel 2 Nos on both sides provided with 100 mm dia mild steel rollers 2 Nos on both sides with 2"dia Gun metal bushes and 1"dia rolled pin for smooth operation. The shutter lifted with 12 mm thick mild steel gussed plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc., Providing leakage arrest pipe arrangements made with 75mm dia B class GI pipe at both ends for required height hanged in chain from the top of the shutter. The bottom seal made of 75 X 10 mm rubber seal covered with 65 X 8 mm steel flats fastened with required rust free bolts & nuts. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering araangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of anti corrosive black paint over the one coat of anti corrosive black paint over the one coat of red oxide primer etc., The rate including the cost of material, consumable, labour charges,conveying charges, all equipments required conveying the dismantled material to the section store, cost of petty civil works, trial operations of shutter and including all taxes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Top beam made up of 150 x 75 mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25 mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish Plate made out of 12 mm mild steel plate of size 0.30 x 0.15m, 2 Nos with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of vent to correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking at section store. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over the one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labour, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for five years etc., complete complying as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the works.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 63 mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the work site. Fixing the Screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nuts in proper alignment to the Head set including dismantling the existing damaged Screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store shed. The Screw Rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over the one coat of Red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labour charges, for all hoisting equipments conveynce charges for labours and materials etc., complete complying as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the works.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly medium duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 70 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and hexagonal nut threaded to suit the screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over the one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments, conveyence charges for labours and materials etc., complete complying as per the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the works.
