The bus bar chamber will consist of 2 runs 50mm x 10mm tinned copper flat for phase and neutral buses on epoxy moulded bus insulated at proper and sufficient spacing between the buses as per IE Rules. This bus bar chamber should be segregated from the adjacent chamber by providing hylem sheet of suitable thickness as partitions. 2 Nos of 25x3mm tinned copper flats should be provided all round the panel for earth bus. The fuse Switches should be connected with the phase and netural buses with suitable size of rigid copper flat/rod and each switch should be connected with the 2 Nos earth bus with 2 runs of 25X3mm rigid copper rod with suitable lugs for Phase and neutral with tinned properly. 'The capacity of the switches size of incoming and out going cable the place to which the supply is feed shall be mounted on switch chamber. The panel board should be mounted on 75mmx37mm MS channel provided all round at bottom of the panel. The whole arrangement should be erected on a masonry pedestal to be constructed with suitable foundation bolts and nuts such that the lowest switch handle is at a height of 0.45m from the ground level with necessary earth connection

Providing fencing arrangements alround the HT yard with vertical post of 65mm dia GI pipes at an interval of 2.50m c/c fixed into ground by packing with Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 over the Cement concrete 1:5:10 100mm thick, for a size of 0.45x0.45x1.00m and fixing chain link fencing of size 2"x2" for a height of 1.80m above finished floor level, providing kerbwall alround the HT yard using Brick work in Cement mortar 1:6 over the Cement concrete 1:5:10 100mm thick, filling the yard portion with HBGS metal 40mm size for 100mm thickness over a layer of CS Sand for a thickness of100mm including 2 nos. of gate with size of 1.50m x 1.80m with locking arrangements.The rate includes necessary earthwork excavation, plastering and painting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers
Preparation of site plan, physical layout, electrical line schematic diagram in 10 sets. Getting drawing approval from CEIG, preparation of completion report, rectification report and arranging CEIG’s inspection and obtaining safety certificate. Preparation of one set of approved drawing and a copy of HT safety certificate in a neat frame work to be fixed in the HT panel room – 1set.
Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1mt class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm, with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm, with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry
