RCC M25 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of size 20mm down gradeed mixed with concrete mixer machine with all leads,lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royality & taxes etc. of all materials all labour charges T&P hire & running charges of all machinaries & equipment as required, watering & curing within 50mt initial lead & 1.5 mt initial lift as per the direction of EIC.

Supplying fitting & placing uncoated HYSD reinforcement including cutting, bendind, binding& placing the steel rods as per drawing & technical specification approved by the department with cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge. As per specification approved by the department within 50 mt initial lead & 1.5 mt initial lift & direction of EIC.

Rigid Smooth centering and Shuttering for RCC works including false work and dismantlling them after casting including cost of materials complete in A) RCC foundation,plinth band,footing,base of columns,mass concrete,precast slab etc.

Conveyance of excavated materials such as rough stone, metal.khoa, chips,sand ,sukri, queery rubbish,morrum,laterite stone, washed gravel, flyash & earth away from the work site by mechanical means including loading & unloading & disposing the same within 5km truck lead as per the direction of the EIC.

Supplying fixing fitting & chain link fencing over drain using MS angel of size 65x65x6 mm Ms flats of size 35x6 mm & cani link wire with cost conveyance taxes of all material & labour T&P compete as per direction of EIC.

Construction of coffer dam for diversion of water by collecting, supplying & stacking at worksite sand from approved quarry & filling the empty cement bags sewing in strings & placing in proper position at all heights with all labour T&P charges,cost of strings & labour welfare cess etc, complete as per the direction of the EIC.

Providing weep holes in masonary/plain/RCC abutment wing well, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face complete including labour & all materials as per the direction of the EIC.

Dewating of water from running drains, foundation trenches & other logging areas etc. using pumps with 5hp diesel engine including all labour charges T&P, hire & running charges of all machinaries & equipment as required etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.

Steel Work in builtup section/framed work, including hosting cutting fixing in position & applying apriming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc as required in grating, frames guardbar, ladder railing, brackets gates & similar works for compound wall fencing complete as per drawing including primimg & omne coat of red oxide primer in all floors as per the direction of the EIC.

Fabrication and manufacturing of solid precast concrete element with provisions of shear keys, connecting loops, dowel tubes and proper lifting accessoriesfor walls, beams, slabs, stairs, column etc, of various thickness, shape and size of different concrete grades manufactured in controlled factory environment with approved methodology including moulds (Pallet system, Tilts form, table moulds, battery moulds, vertical moulds, beam moulds, column moulds, staircase moulds, Facade mould, etc.), mixing, transporting and placing of concrete, vibrating, curing, finishing, making necessary cutott/holes of required sizes for services. yard handling & stacking all complete as per IS 11447:1985 and as per approved shop drawings and design mix as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing inserts will be paid separately).
