Demolishing stone slab/Marble flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtrs lead.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

White glazed tiles 6mm thick in skirting rises of steps and dedo 12 mm thick in cement mortor 1:3 and and jointed with cement slurry.including chiesling and removal of damaged / wornout plaster.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equilent 600x 600 mm x10 mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortor 1:3 ( 1 cement :3 Sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.including chiesling and removal of wornout floor concrete

Providing/Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation &plinth.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in : .1 Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100 mm P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required:-.1White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests
