M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 80mm nominal bore, medium grade, steel tubes for structural purposes as in columns, main or cross beams, hip & jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, conforming to IS:1161-1979, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ Cladding to wall, fixed with self taping screws as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach necessary screws and washers in roof, wall etc. complete specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 1.00 mm plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair aluminium anodised DECO grill 10mm thk, DG-104 fixed with necessery U/F/H channel, including cutting for handles tower bolts etc and providing U clip conceal the rough edges etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting to steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide over new surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in repairs for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, balusters, rings, knobs, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement , embedding into concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair toughened glass best quality 12 mm thick including cutting, rounding, glazing, edges moulding with glazing pin or oil putty etc. and also include necessary fixing arrangement such as corner clamps, bracket and bolt, hinges and other screws, washwers as required etc. in square not exc .5 sqm in each pane. Notes: No seperate measurement or payment shall be paid to contractor for the requirement of any fixing arrangement such as corner clamps, bracket and bolt, hinges and other screws, washwers as required for completing the work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (Fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets electrical fittings, fan, fire sensors etc and making good disturbed surface as per existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F aluminium anodized snap grid of size 605 x 605 mm with aluminium anodized angle 20mm x 20mm x 1.2mm fixed along the wall and main and cross tees of size 36.5mm x 23.5mm x 1.5mm and 23.5mm x 23.5mm x 1.5mm respectively with ceiling cleats / angle brackets of size 15mm x 15mm x 1.5mm including suspended GI wire hangers 6mm dia.upto ceiling level as required on site with adjusting level and fixed to roof slabs by means of GI clamp 60mm long made out of 40 x 3mm GI flat and expansion hold fastner 12.5mm dia 40mm long @ 20cm c/c , complete all as specified and directed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- Ceiling board will be measured & paid separately

S & F 9mm thick gypsum board of size 600mm x 600mm fixed in aluminium grid frame work in ceiling, making necessary holes, cutting for providing light, fan,fire cencers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet instead of plain colour sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing & including on PVC frame as per specified in MES schedule part-II complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs powder coated aluminium sections of various sizes required of sliding or fixed type for the frame and shutters of doors, windows, ventilators and wall partitions with one or more rebates etc.including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, beading, rubber packing, screws and all other fittings like locking arrangement for shutters, handles, tower bolts hinges etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Glazing and aluminium wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Item shall be paid as per the weight of Aluminium section however the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of neoprene beading glazing pins, screws, handle etc which shall not be measured for arriving the weight.

M&L for 4.80 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fixed with beads, in square in exe 0.50 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets including mild steel screw bolts / anchor bolts (machine made) with hexagonal / square heads at one end, to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10cm & n exc 15cm long dia of shank 11 to 15 mm and locking arrangements etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs framed work as in security grills, guard bars etc., made of mild steel angle iron and steel square bars, flat irons fixing by fabrication, welding etc. including steel doors (as required) and also including necessary hinges, locking arrangements etc. complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F stainless steel framed work as in doors or gates, partition wall, sections as required with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, including fixing by fabrication, welding etc. including of SS sheeting or glazing as required also doors required to be hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings, hinges, running rails and guides and necessary fastening, fxing and locking arrangements etc. complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - Glazing shall be measured and prepared seperately.

Repairs to existing steel rolling shutters without ball bearing by taking down top cover, anchoring rod, spring etc and providing new springs and anchoring rod, replacing the worn out strips, safety lever lock of shutters and welding of handle, hasp staple and other broken articles etc, greasing the spring, guide rail, shaft etc and making functional and errecting in position, including refixing of top cover/hood etc, and refixing in same opening and making good in CM 1:3/PCC to match the existing surface, opening n.exc. 10 sqm each and finally painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Steel rolling shutter (curtain made of 1mm thick mild steel sheet) area exc. 5sqm each with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple, guide chennels, strike plate etc and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated push pull or manual type ,thickness of laths 1mm ,incl taking down carefully existing old rolling shutter complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or stone/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete and directed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L 1mm thick Birla white/JK white putty over a coat of primer to the newly plasterd surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L two coat of acrylic paint exterior grade (100% Acrylic) over a one coat of primer including prepartion of newly plasterd surfaces of walls etc all specified on external surfaces and also include necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement upto 20mtrs height, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bond distemper on walls after preparation of newly plastered surfaces over a coat of white primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and removing demolished material out of MD land, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Desilting the drains of any size, shape and depth including pumping out liquid waste, diverting the flow in drains if required and cleaning the drain as directed and also incuding taking all safety measures and removing the material obtained from drains outside MD land, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: (i) The drain shall be desilting/ cleaning by manual and the contractor shall visit the site before quoting the contract (ii) The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed with best quality lacally available harder stones such as granite, trap, basalt stone etc, wellbonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in path and similar work etc finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge..

Plain cement concrete, (Nominal mix), type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in cills, coping, apex stone, bed plates and lintel upto 1.6m clear span etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete, (Nominal Mix), type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in surafce channel and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, incl forms moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of bricks work/concrete surface finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) as on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 75mm thick cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 50mm thick PCC type C-1, (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), finished even and smooth without using extra cement as flooring, plinth protrection etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, arpons etc., complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm, set jointed and pointed with neat cement slurry incl 20mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified chequered tiles digital of size 30cm x 30cm x 10cm set jointed and pointed with neat cement slurry incl 15 mm thick screed bed on CM 1:4 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F 5-10mm thick Rubber tiles with fabric backing or insert, plain coloured or marbled topping, matt or glossy laid in floor with approval adhesive, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paper block with of colour yellow and red any shape and sizes confirming to IS-18858-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
