Supply and fix carpet tile flooring of size 500 × 500 mm and 3.50 mm thick, made of nylon material, laid over the existing tile floor and fixed with suitable adhesive as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L light shade double charged virified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floor including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

M&L preparation of paved/chequered floor area and applying one coat of Indigo floor paint or equivalent, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for gently cleaning the surface of stone masonry, stone chips, and piers using specialized water misting techniques, employing an air–water jet with a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray a fine mist along the stone surface without causing over-wetting, followed by gentle brushing with soft nylon brushes as specified and directed. Gentle surface cleaning shall also include the use of water misting and pH-balanced surfactants, as specified for indicated areas, to remove surface dirt, grit, accretions, lime wash, paint residues, etc. Cleaning shall further include white pointing or finishes of similar type to match the adjacent wall surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate shall be deemed inclusive of removing vegetation from wall surfaces.
