Four course water proofing treatment to roof using APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.0Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (not less than 150 grams per sq.m) laid over primed surface including torching by butane torch with commercial gas cylinder by forced application, complete all as specified and directed. Four course treatment shall be as under:- (i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.3 litre per sqm (ii) Laying of APP based membrane as specified thickness and weight (iii) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg/Sqm including cleaning surfaces. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.9 - 1.0, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 15mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 66% GW & 74% RW. The tile shall be laid on silhouette 32 with 15 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.5Kgs/M2 with a minimum pull out strength of 100 kgs. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system and necessary angle of Armstrong make or equivalent make as specified in list of makes. Note : The work shall be excuted through authorised personnel of manufacturer.

Providing and supplying Armstrong ‘Optra Acoustical Wall Paneling’ with square edges made of fibre glass substrate 25mm thick and wrapped on the front side with an acoustically transparent and classified for Fire reaction Class A as per ASTM E-84, fabric with an option of colors – Husk, Copper, Sangria, Sesame, Coffee, Charcoal, Titanium, Flame, Peanut & Shell as per the choice of the Architect of size 600X600 mm providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.85 NRC to be affixed to wall using Wall panel impalers and necessary aluminium frame work supplied by M/s Armstrong Industries India Pvt. Ltd or equivalent make as specified in list of makes and construction adhesives as per the instructions laid down by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work shall be excuted through authorised personnel of manufacturer.

Material and labour for Armstrong or equivalent make Channeled wood works perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length 2400mm or as required by the Architect/ approving engineer, made of high density fibre board with minimum 725 Kg/ Cum density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade & finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the visible surface has a "Helmholtz"fluted perforation of 3mm width and 21mm of visible panel each.
