Maintenance and Housekeeping of Udyog Bhavan common area and premises and House Keeping of Udyam Hall, Conference Hall & Dining Hall in Udyog Bhavan building on 1st floor, including all minor materials & labours and Cleaning of plot premises with two & Four wheeler parking including pathway and Sweeping , Cleaning All toilet at Udyam hall + Ground floor General toilet and Maintenance of plumbing system & Drainage system, including minor materials like Tab (Nal Toti) & valves, GI pipes etc, complete. No separate payment shall be issued for these plumbing materials.

Providing Attendant for Meeting Hall, Conference hall & Dining Hall for serving of tea, snacks during meetings, taking care of meetings conducted by rental parties also serving tea, coffee, water during high level meetings as well as looking after and Complete Supervising Maintenance of Udyam Hall. Maintenance of plumbing system & Drainage system, including minor materials like Tab (Nal Toti) & valves, GI pipes etc, complete. No separate payment shall be issued for these plumbing materials.

Development & maintenance of Garden, Lawn or greeneries / decorative flower bushes, on the balance area of the Udyog Bhavan in L-Section exposed area of Udyog Bhavan & new plants (12 Plants per year including earth pots (kundi)) every year along with regular maintenance of garden, lawn, plantation work, decorative plants in pot etc. Removing wild grass, pruning trimming etc. from the garden as well as from the complete premises of Udyog Bhavan complete. Maintenance of plumbing system & Drainage system, including minor materials like Tab (Nal Toti) & valves, GI pipes etc, complete. No separate payment shall be issued for these plumbing materials.

Maintenance & House Keeping of Office Building on 4th and 5th floor carpet area as well as all Cabin toilets & common toilets, by providing all types of maintenance services, including all necessary cleaning materials, labours, equipments, office perfumes, mosquito repellents etc complete. Maintenance of plumbing system & Drainage system, including minor materials like Tab (Nal Toti) & valves, GI pipes etc, complete on both 4th & 5th floor. No separate payment shall be issued for these plumbing materials.

Providing worker at 4th floor MIDC offices for maintenance, housekeeping, sweeping, cleaning floor carpet area as well as all Cabin toilets & common toilets, serving, regular maintenance of indoor natural/decorative plants including earth pots with pruning, trimming, providing required manure to plants, with all materials, necessary tools and plants on daily basis, etc. and other works complete as and when directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
