Then suspending UNILIFE T 24 mm main T grid of 24 mm x 32 mm x 0.27 mm of length 3000 mm is hung with USGBORAL adjustable level clips 85x31x0.60mm & 4 mm diameter GI rod which are connected to USG boral soffit cleat 37 mm x 27mmx 1.6mm and 8 mm dia 40 mm long fasteners @ 1200 mm centers or as approved from rcc slab. The cross T of 24mmx27mmx0.27mm of 1200mm length shall be interlocked between main T Grid at 600 mm center to form 1200 x 600 mm modules. 600x600mm modules to be formed by click fitting cross T OF 24 MM X 27 MM OF 600 mm length centrally between the 1200 mm cross T's Then 7 mm thick USG BORAL white sand gypsum ceiling panel with Foil backing having size 595x595 shall be placed into the above grid of size 600 x 600 mm

Providing and Applying ultra tech texture paint required placed. compete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing painting work made out of canvass by acrylic /oil paint colours as per design with framing work etc. complete in all respect as per direction given by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing steel dustbin with cover and rubber base for water protection perforated design as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of imported 3D wall paper with high resolution including all fitting with wastage(Spin Décor / marshell / Green)

Providing and fixing of zebra wooden chick blinds /roller blinds/ vertical blind of washable fabric duly fixed with powder coated channel and clamps having nylon code for operation of approved color etc. complete in all respect as per direction given by Engineer in charge. Table , 1350 x 750 x 750 - Providing and fixing table of specified size to be mad up of 18 mm BWR ply as per drawing using hettich/ebco/equivalent make hardware, having a storage unit with one drawers as per drawing given. Provision has to be made for keyboard tray, CPU stand. All exterior surfaces to be finished in 1.0mm laminates specified by Architect and inner surfaces finished in 0.8mm laminate of approved shade with necessary hardware such as handles wire manager, telescopic drawer slides, etc as per design all exposed edged to be finished with first quality LW beading which is to be melamine polished. the cost is inclusive of all materials and labour etc complete.
