Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. A)Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantledor waste materials by mechanical means, including loading,transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or asapproved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 4 mm thick ACP sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D- 4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. Main Frame made of Round 80 NB Pipe Having min "B" class G.I. pipe. All the pipes should be ISI Marked (as per the IS 1239/2004) & of reputed brand. Ensuring the strength, durability, stability & long life to the kids structure with safety as paramount. Deck: having 1035mm x 750mm with collar of 65mm size made of perforated sheet. Hydraulic Precision punched holes made of min 10mm NB with sheet thickness of approx. 2.5mm. Providing and fixing of TODDLER SWING make ARIHANT KOMPAN/LANDSCAPE STRUCTURE/OK PLAY/LEO/KAALIA. In the Toddler swing the center support is made up of 80 NB GI pipes. The horizontal bar s are made up of 50 NB powder coated G I pipes. The bucket seats of the toddler swing are made of rubber with anti-skid. The ball bearings are mounted inside specially designed nylon balls. The rubber seat is affixed on 6 mm. thick GI chain. The seats are made with full care so that the child does not fall from it while swinging.
