Demolition of brick masonry and built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars complete all as specified & directed

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over concrete /brick surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement and providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements all as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:6 over concrete /brick surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement and providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements all as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceilings , finished fair and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

Dubbing out average 15mm thick on irregular faces of walls, exposed reinforced surfaces, in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work built in cement mortar or lime mortar, in walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

Flush pointing in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified & directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over fair faces of brick / concrete ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including using water proofing compound, including necessary scaffolding & safety arrangement for plaster upto & including 4 storey building complete all as specified. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.
