Supply, installation and commissioning of 11 KV,rated voltage 11 KV, 630 A, non extensible, outdoor (IP 54), fixed type,SF6 insulated RMU (Ring Main Unit) 4-way (comprising of 3 Nos 630 Amps Load break switch as outgoing and 1 No vaccum circuit breaker as incoming) inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non ferrous,Non magnetic grade) having IP- 67 grade protection and impulse withstand voltage 75 KV , rated power - frequency withstand voltage 28 KV/minute, rated frequency 50 Hz , rated short time breaking current 21 KA/ 3 sec . RMU should be provided with internal bus bars as well as earthing bus bar, one number fault passage indicator per unit pad lock provision & complete with accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of 21 KA/1 Sec as per IEC 62271-220. The earting of cable sheilds. The outer enclosure main door should cover entire part of the switchgear including front cover and cable doors for providing complete IP 54 protection. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting as required at site :-
(a) 03 Nos outgoing 630 Amps load break switch , triple pole single break 3 position (On, Off and earth having STC capacity 21 KA for 3 seconds with copper bus bar and copper earth bar fitted high fixed type voltage indicator device as per IEC 61958-1 fully rated with earth switch, spring assisted mechanism with built in operating handle, arc proof hinged type cable cover air insulated cable boxes and boots suitable for bottom front entry termination of 3 core cable 95/120/185 Sqmm.
(b) 01 No incoming 630 Amp motorised vaccum circuit breaker, triple pole single break 3 position (On, Off and earth having STC capacity 21 KA for 3 seconds with copper bus bar and copper earth bar fitted high fixed type voltage indicator device as per IEC 61958-1 fully rated with earth switch, spring assisted mechanism with built in operating handle, arc proof hinged type cable cover air insulated cable boxes and boots suitable for bottom front entry termination of 3 core cable 95/120/185 Sqmm.
(c) Bus connected PT unit-01 No for metering consisting of following :- (i) Type M : Air insulated metering module 12 KV, 630 A, 21 KA for 3 Sec. (ii) 4 voltage transformers of the ratio 11 KV/1.732/110 V/1.732.25 VA, class 1.0 with HT fuses on primary side and MCB on secondary side. (iii) 4 Digital MFM with 485 port to measure Amps, Volts, Frequency, PF, KWH, KVAR. (iv) 1 LED bulb for illumination. (v) 1 Space heater with thermostat.. (vi) 1 set of RYB phase indicator. (vii) 1 Cable support bus bar, stand for 4 way unit, 1 manometer & 1 perating handle. (viii) 1 Set bushing for external bus bar connection along with bus bar cover & sleeved bus bars for coupling. (ix) 2x12 V Battery with battery charger of suitable burden for motor operation. Input 230 V AC & output 24 V DC.
(d) Capacitive voltage indicator fixed type VPIS 9-15 KV.
(e) Necessary interlocking arrangement for safety and operation.
(f) One No operating handle for manual operation.
(g) PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for foundation and bus duct of cable for RMU as per recommendation of manufacturers & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
(h) Safety interlocks shall be provided as relevand IEC/IS standard and manufactures directions.
(j) Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS standard.
(k) Manual operation of vaccum circuit breaker should be possible without dismantling the motor from RMU. The motor should be fitted in such a way that it should not be required to dismantle during mannual operation.
(l) Coupling of RMU and metering module should be with the help of bolted type arrangement so that the coupling at site shall be easy. Plug in type bushing shall not be acceptable.
(m) Minimum 3 module should accommodate in one tank to avoid multiple coupling at site.
(n) Having following additional facilities:- 1. Trip circuit supervision. 2. Disturbance recorder. 3. Event log with date and time. 4. Measurement and control feature.
(o) Current Transformers (CTs) of ratio 40/5-5A of 15 VA output, accuracy class 1.0 for metering instrument and 5P10 for 15VA accuracy for over current and earth fault protection - Sets of 03 Note :- (i) Any other parts/items not specified above but have been considered essential for smooth and safe functioning of the RMU system shall be included in the items and are covered against the quoted rate. (iI) Cable compartment shall be provided at the front side with front bolted type box covers provided with an inspection window for enabling operator to have visual inspection without opening cover in live condition for all incoming and outgoing RMU panels. (Iii) Complete with internal and external connection with each other or as per ground requirement.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting in hard/dense soil for laying of cables/ for erection of poles/ for stay assembly etc complete all as specified and as directed.
Boaring/ drilling (horizontally ) of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and spread clean dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned down thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment
Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and flat old size across the length of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.
Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.
Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for 80mm dia bore tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling & taking down of existing worn out / unserviceable GI wire of any description/size & in any position from existing LT/HT Lines including cradle guard wires complete all as specified and as directed.
Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism and drop out fuse complete all as specified and as directed.
Materail and labour for disconneting electric supply and removing street light fitting and bracket and fixing the same after fixing of new pole complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron or steel earth lead strip 32x6 mm size upto 7.5 mtr long in single length by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate no 5 of SSR part I including necessary excavation in hard/dense soil and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia mediumj grade for watering and GI 15mm dia light grade pipe for protection of GI earth wire etc, PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1(20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to LT panel board as indicated including testing complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for Earth continuity GI strip 32X6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc fixed to wall on batten/porcelain insulator or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing including breazing at each necesasry joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and as directed or indicated including testing on completion.
S&F Octagonal shaped GI hot dipped electric pole, Polished finished (7 metre long) Single arm bracket complete with RCC base, bolts, nuts, washers and base plaes complete all as specified and as directed including the following :-
(a) Excavation in post hole not exceeding for pole foundation & getting out in soft loose soil, returning, filling in the excavated soil after fixing the pole in foundation, ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metres.
(b) M&L for Providing RCC foundation as per manufacturers design upto GL including Nuts, bolts, washers and base plates of suitable size and length for grouting in as per manufacturer's design.

Supply and fix LED street light fitting 45 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fix in repair of automatic street light switch using infrared sensor based on nature switch for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on nature light lux level. Required illumination level for switching ON is <30 lux and for switching OFF >10 lux.The nature switch along with suitable power contactors , incoming and outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/ wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof , electric shock proof and FR grade SMC junction box with hinged lid confirming to IP 54 complete all as specified and as directed for the following: - (a) Suitable of three phase load of 8-12 kw with contactors (single phase 3Nos), incoming & Outgoing MCB SP (6 Nos),rating of 32 Amps per phase & circuit wiring of min 10 sqmm. Supply and connect PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed flat twin core cable with stranded aluminium conductor of size 1.5 sqmm including takingdown existing unserviceable wire complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Finolex/ Polycab/ Havells
