Manufacturing, supply & fixing of Retro-Reflective Road Name sign board Single Arrow size 1.0x0.5m size made out if wide angle cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to IRC 67:2010 & Type XI standards of ASTM D 4956-09 specifications and fixed over 2mm thick aluminium sheet back support frame of stainless steel supported by 32 NB stainless steel pipe all around and 65NB pipe vertical post firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 30cmx30cmx45cm etc complete. The information message shall be made out of cut out letters in Blue color transparent overlay film as per IRC 67-2010 Guidelines, 7 years pre qualification warranty for Retro Reflective sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor. The sign board shall be Retro-Reflective Type XI.

Providing and fixing of Digitally Printed Fluorescent Coloured Retro Reflectorized Sign Board Size of 6.70m x 1.20m using Latex Printer made out of cube corner micro prismatic grade Fluorescent Coloured sheeting of Type-XI standards of IRC 67-2022 and ASTM D 4956 – 09 specification, Digitally Printed using Latex printing for traffic colour, text and laminated with clear electro- cuttable film and applied to properly prepared sign substrates, fixed over 2mm Aluminium sheet with back supporting frame of 50x50x6mm Aluminium ‘L’ angle and supported Both side on a 150mm Dia ( Nominal Bore) MS pipe with 4.50mm thick with an overall height from top of the board to foundation. The sign board should be of 5.80 m clear height from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 1.20m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2022 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete of size 450x450x1200mm including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machineries to worksite, including all labour charges for fixing the gantry in position with all leads and lifts, loading charges and necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer-in-charge etc., complete.
