M&L for using a chisel and remove the loose pieces of matter surrounding the crack protion on OHT and applying one coate of concrete binding agent and brush it along the crack, and allow the surface to dry until it appears to have a tacky consistency. Over dry surfaces 10mm thick plaster work in CM 1:3 with WPC ( using Dr fixit chemical ) finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .After completing the above all process applying two coats of corrosive resistance paint complete all as specified . Note: cost of scaffolding using in entire work included in quoted rate .

Taking out carefully submersible pump set upto 52 HP from tube well (for repair of pump/ motor/replacement of column pipe/submersble cable etc) complete with submersible motor, column pipes of any nos and size, submersible cable ,any size and length from tube well at approx depth 120 mtr , without damaging pump motor , submersible cable and column pipe. Stacking of column pipe and submersible cable properly . Transportin of pmp set to workshop for repair and lowering of serviceable pump set with column pipes and cable upto required depth, connecting electrically and with delivery line etc Note :-1. Cost of T&P (Small or special) required for taking out pump set is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Any damage to pump set, submersible cable of tube well housing shall be make good by th contrctor without any extra cost. 2. Unsv submersible pump set shall be taken out from the borewell on the same day of receipt of complaint from department and serviceable pump set held with department shall be lowered on the same day to ensure the minimum breakdown period for water supply. Contractor not attending the breakdown after receipt of complaint on telephone shall be charged Rs 10000/- from his RAR clearely mentioning date and location of breakdown not attended by contractor. Break down shall be got rectified/attended directly from the market by the department at the risk and cost of the contractor.

Strip opening of unserviceable submersible motor of cap 52 HP,3 phase ,440 volts, 50 Hz, 2900 RPM and rewinding to stator with PVC insulated copper winding wire including sleeves, thimbles & minor spare parts like as bronze bushes , gland packing etc and re-assembling to the same motor after repair work complete all as specified and as directed

Cleaning of overhead water storage tank of capacity 1,00,000 gallon by scraping internal and external surface of tank with brush and removing all scale / dirt / deposited silt including washed to internal surface of tank with solution of bleaching powder and applying two coat of anti fungal paint to internal and two coated cement base paint to internal and external surfaces of wall, top and bottom of tank , pillars / beams/ pipes etc after preperation of surface of OHT and providing one coat of synthetic enamelled paint with colour code on inlet / outlet/ washout/over flow pipes surfaces as per existing with writting the cleaning date with white colour on black base all as specified and as directed Note : - Removing/Cleaning of Honey Bee hives shall be the responsibility of the contractor. No delay, No additional charges shall be considered on this account rates quoted against the item shall include the said element. b) Contractor is responsible for making all safety arrangments, scaffolding/jhulla for carrying out the above job with due care at a height of approx 22 Mtr c) Contractor may visit the site before quoting the tender. (d) Insurance of labour for cleaning of over head tank shall be submitted to the dept before commencement of work and the cost of insurance shall be born by the contractor.
