Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class-150 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying of 125micron plastic sheet etc all complete.

12mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement cocrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to the plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-iii) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, Including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without Impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) Excess/less cement used than specified in this item is payable/ recoverable separately. M-30 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered @ 340Kg/cum)

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarser sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except ar sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage, opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engg-in-charge (Length of finished kerb shall be measured for payment)

Providing, laying and jointing of 300mm dia R.C.C. NP-2 hume pipe with all charges complete.
