Interior Development Works of Archaeological Museum, Kondapur(Phase-I)-Execution of Work

Type-1 Display Case – Continuous C-Shaped Linear Display(18m span, 2.2 m Height) Fabrication, supply and installation of continuous U-shaped museum-grade display case having an 18-meter horizontal run, comprising bottom pedestal of 0.8 m height made using MS armature of 25mm square pipe, braced with channels, angle sections, stiffeners, plates and anchors. Pedestal externally finished with 18mm exterior grade MDF(off-gassing type) with 1mm approved laminate. Above pedestal, vitrines fabricated using 10–12 mm laminated toughened extra-clear glass (5+5+1.5 PVB interlayer), height 1.4 m, fixed with engineered-wood runners (50×100 mm), powder coated brass fittings, silicone sealing, and concealed fixing channels. All joints polished and ground flush. Includes LED COB track lighting above as per exhibit needs. Complete with graphical vinyl labels, cleaning, protection and testing.

Type-2 Display Case – Freestanding Floor-to-Ceiling Unit (13 sqm pedestal area + 2 sqm vitrine) Providing and installing a full-height freestanding display case with MS frame built-up structure from floor to ceiling, integrating pedestal opaque surfaces (13 sqm) using 18mm MDF/off-gassing board with 1mm laminate finish . Vitrine area of 2 sqm executed with 10–12 mm laminated toughened extra-clear glass supported on MS channels with brass hardware. Includes sealing, gasket work, anti-vibration pads, service routing, WPC/HDHMR internal carcass as required, and LED museum lighting integrated on the top frame. Vinyl-printed graphics included

Type-3 Display Case – Wall-Extended Freestanding Vitrine Fabrication and installation of a wall-projecting display case having 10 mm thick toughened glass mounted vertically, supported on top and bottom via corian/exterior grade MDF pedestals fixed on an MS armature. Pedestal includes WPC backing where needed. MS supports fabricated with welded/bolted construction, zinc chromate primed and enamel-painted. Vitrine area approx. 6 sqm. Type-4 Display Case – Freestanding With Base Platform + Dual Vitrine System (10 sqm) Providing, fabricating and installing a freestanding dual-vitrine assembly projecting from the wall and anchored to MS steel structure. Includes base platform finished in laminate/CNC-cut WPC, two vitrines made from laminated toughened extra-clear glass fixed to MS runners with powder-coated brass fittings. Each vitrine fitted with internal object mounts (museum-grade, non-off-gassing). Approximate combined area 10 sqm. All lighting, labels, silicone sealing and finishing included

Type-5 Display Case With 20 Object Mounts + Glass Top (0.8 m height) Fabrication of 0.8 m high display pedestal with provision for 20 museum-grade mounts on top surface. Pedestal finished in 18 mm exterior-grade MDF with Laminate. Protective cover in 10–12 mm laminated toughened extra-clear glass fixed using brass hardware on engineered-wood runners. Includes internal MS reinforcement, WPC where necessary, silicone sealing, and labels.(actual quantity may vary as per site condition)

Diorama Circular Pedestal + Model (1.2 m dia pedestal + 2 sqm model) Providing and installing circular pedestal of 1.2 m diameter and 0.8 m height using MS armature + Corian cladding. Top platform supports a 2 sqm terrain/landform model finished using FRP, textured paint, and pigment shading. Includes protective clear coat, anchoring, and vinyl labels.

Infographic Panel With Integrated Mini Display Case (0.25×0.16×0.44 m vitrine; 2.5 sqm panel) – Fabrication and installation of infographic panels 2.5 sqm each, with an embedded mini-display case of size 25×16×44 cm using 11.5 mm laminated toughened glass fixed onto an MS and WPC sub-construction. Panel clad with 8 mm WPC + vinyl graphic print (80–100 micron, UV printed, matte/texture). Includes all MS support, leveling, fixing hardware and finishing. Six numbers

Relief Mural Panel (6 sqm) – Muddy-Tone Excavation Site Theme Providing and installing 6 sqm FRP/WPC/HDHMR-backed relief mural mounted on MS framing, representing excavation site textures in muddy-tone paint. Includes sculpting, texturing, priming, and protective topcoat. Anchored using Hilti anchors and concealed fasteners. Includes infographic vinyl as required.

Wayfinding & Signages – Design, Production & Installation (Complete System) Providing, designing, fabricating and installing a complete wayfinding and signage system across the facility including directional signs, informational signs, identification markers, gallery entry signs, safety signage, floor-mounted units and wall-mounted panels. Signage system to be developed with cohesive visual language in accordance with the approved design guidelines and graphic standards.
