Dismantling of old/ damaged existing roof treatment with concrete and cleaning all waste and dirt by wire mesh, picking, sweeping and washing down with water to remove dust, etc, and removal of all material out side the cant area, and Applying one coat of neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm on cleaned surfaces of roof, evenly, and screed bed/rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound @ 3% by weight in cement, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) including Water proofing treatment on roof top with APP (Ataxic Poly Propylene) modified polymeric five layered membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, minimum weight not less than 3.0 Kg/ Sqm, 2.0mm thick, centre core is sandwiched on both sides by high quality polymeric mix with properties of high softening point, high heat resistance and cold resistivity to make it ideal for all water proofing treatment, with polymeric mix protection on both sides with 20 micron HMHDPE film, laid over one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384, applied @0.40 Kg/ Sqm and one coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade, conforming to IS:702, applied @1.20Kg/ Sqm on prepared surfaces of roof, overlap should be not less than 150mm at ends and 75mm at sides, joints and overlaps uniformly bounded with LPG torch flame including applying of one coat of semi hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade, @1.20 Kg Sqm and fine screened sand in dry condition @0.50 Kg/ Sqm after laying the membrane and applying two coats of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Cost of water proofing chemical shall be included in quote rate.

Plain cement concrete M-15(1:2:4), type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, as in kerbs, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres setting aside (or lowering if required), mounted on any locations including hoisting back if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc including removal of mud and dirts outside from residential area, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 20mm bore pipe and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, 20mm bore, ISI marked with all fitting such as bends, tees, elbows, unions, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, etc and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Cost of cutting/ chasing for pipe line making concealed in surfaces shall be deemed included in quoted rates.

Refixing old steel tubing galvanised, 20mm bore, with all fitting such as bends, tees, elbows, unions, short pieces, connectors, back nuts and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0mtrs mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on bricks or concrete masonry surfaces, on walls, in cement mortar 1:6, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound @ 3% by weight in cement, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Cost of water proofing compound shall deemed included in quoted rates.

Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade @ 1.67KG/10SQM including exterior primer @ 2.20Kg/10SQM, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash over one coat of chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement paint , complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth including and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome/ red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth including and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of unframed timber scantling under 40 Sqcm, fixed in any position in fillet rails, posts rafters purlin etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled mild steel sections as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc, conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 22.50cm but not exceeding 30.0cm long, dia of neck 16 to 20mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting including securing bolts; and similar work conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A,, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing board 4mm thick, designer, in ceiling fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions, including Aluminium snap grid frame work of main and tee (weight not less than 240gm/Rm), angle (weight not less than 217 gm/Rm), grid size 605x605mm, for false ceiling all as specified, and hangers 6mm dia, galvanised iron (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of galvanised iron wire of 4.0mm dia, length as required at site and expansion hold fasteners 12.50mm dia, 40mm long, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L M-20(1:1.5:3), type A-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, base for columns, basements slabs, Slab supported on walls, columns etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of necessary form work shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Mild steel TMT bars 8-10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Amount of Schedule of credit of for Rs 46,450.00shall be deducted from quoted amount.
