REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF SECURITY LIGHTS POLES TIMERS SWITCHES, CABLES AND VARIOUS STP RELATED MAINTENANCE WKS UNDER MD ACCN OF PHASE I RUPA, GACHHAM, BIRPUR DP BOMDILA AND DAHUNG WITH ALLIED E M WORKS AT GE TENGA

Supply, laying & testing in repalcement cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100V grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core including taking down of old unserviceable UG cable/service wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, sand filling & PCC cover laying shall be measured and paid separately

Description all as per item No 1 above but of size 16 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No 1 above but of size 10 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only in repalcement cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100V grade with stranded aluminium conductor of different sizes including taking down of old unserviceable UG cable/service wires complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) LT XLPE Cable will be issued from MES Store. (ii) Earth work, sand filling & PCC cover laying shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying galvanised tube light grade ISI marked of size 40 mm dia incl all fittings in trenches/fixed on pole/wall/floor or laid in position complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for road cutting incl necessary excavation 45 cm wide and 90 cm in depth as in trenches in any type of soils/rock for laying LT UG cable through pipe after laying /through the cable trenches will be filling top with M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm grdaeds stone aggregates from top over 15 cm thick hard good of broken boulders , 63 mm gauge over 15 cm bolders 100 mm dia over filled and rammed earth to make good the disburbed surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying HDPE pipe PN10, ISI marked, for cable protection on pole/wall/floor or in trenches and drain/culvert etc complete with necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, washers sockets complete with all fitting of size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement Junction box for luminaires ,weather proof made out of HDPE/FRP housing fire retardant, non fusing, shock & rust proof, single piece moulded and cover with hinged door, pole mounting type comprising of four pole copper connectors of 16 Amps capacity with 6 Amp MCB single pole , of minimum size (300 x 200 x 105 mm), fixed on pole with MS, clamps (30 x 5 mm) with necessary nuts, washer and incl applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer on steel surface/clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of GI brackets for fixing LED street light fitting fabricated out of GI tubing 32 mm dia, medium grade, 1.2 mtr long , bend to 120 degree shape by cutting, welding and well finishing including MS clamp of flat iron of size (32 x 4 mm) -02 Nos complete for steel poles as per site requirement with nut, bolt & washers for fixing of GI bracket complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of innovative die cast aluminium housing high power LED as lighting source with IP - 66 power consumption 45 watt complete input voltage of 150-240 Volt (nominal rated voltage 240 Volt) complete including taking down of old unserviceable street light any type/any capacity complete all as specified and as directed.
