Construction of RCC lining to Khamaredi Minor from RD 3600 m to 4680 m under Daha Irrigation Project.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegitation,grass,bushes, shrubs,saplings and trees grith upto 300 mm,removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable maerals to be used or auctioned, upto lead of 1 KM including removal & disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness with all labour charges, all taxes, cess T&P all lead, lift, delifts, rehandling etc but excluding GST and complete the work in all respects as per drawing, design,specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means in all kinds of soil including stoney earth and gravel mixed with boulders not exceeding 0.014 cum in volume, D.I.Rock & slushy soil with all leads, lifts, delifts including dressing and leveling the bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from working area in spoil banks with all leads, lifts and delifts including dewatering, shoring, shuttering and propping of bullah piles and construction of coffer dam if required, bailing out water with all cost, conveyance, labour and cess and all other taxes etc. complete but excluding GST and complete the work in all respect as per drawing design and specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation & plinth with sand well watered & rammed with all cost, conveyance & royalty of sand including all leads, lifts, delifts, all incidental charges, labour charges & cess etc but excluding GST and complete the work in all respect as per drawing, design & specification as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cement concrete of design mix of M15 grade having specified characteristic compressive strength of 15N/mm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in I.S. code of 150 mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S-516 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 20mm down graded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry of tested and approved quality free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour & texture with mixing concrete in batching plant, conveying the same by transit mixers and placing in position for structures etc. with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalties, DMF, EMF, Additional Charges, taxes of all materials excluding GST, but including cess and quality control test cost of all materials, dewatering, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means placing in proper place and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, curing , T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, labour and supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization and working of machineries etc with cost of construction and maintenance of coffer dam and diversion arrangement and removal required etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding of HYSD un coated Tor rods of different sizes as per design, for RCC works tying the grills and placing in position in all heights for fabrication and framing reinforcement with laps and hooks, ties, chairs and tack welding, whenever necessary with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials including cost of steel of (SAIL or any approved make i.e. TATA) binding wire 18 to 20 SWG, T&P including transportation to work site loading, unloading and taxes of all materials labour charges, cess etc. but excluding GST and complete the work in all respect as per drawing, design & specification as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing rigid Form work for concrete with F1 finish for U/S faces of Dams, Spillway, glacis of barrages, unexposed surfaces of foundation, block joints etc. with the box type steel shuttering plates rigidly fixed blocks including cost of all materials all labour T&P, taxes and dismantling after casting with all lead, lift & delifts and all incidental charges etc. but excluding GST and complete the work in all respects as per specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavation of any approved type of soil mechanically in approved borrow area with transportation of suitable earth by mechanical means with all lead & lift including loading, unloading and re-handling from borrow area for filling section including benching, marking trimming the slopes and bed to the required section and level including clearing and grubbing light jungles, uprooting stumps, small bushes and trees etc. and breaking the clods to max. 5 cm to 7 cm and laying in layers to the design section of bank in 22.5 cm thick layers including construction maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area, including cost, conveyance, Royality and taxes, all incidental charges & cess with all leads, lifts & delifts etc. but excluding GST and complete the work in all respects as per design, drawing, specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
