Design of Bulk HSD Storage and transfer facility for INRPK plants, Kalpakkam as per PESO guidelines which includes following as per technical specifications A: 1.1 Site Survey for Bulk HSD Storage Facility & Design of Bulk HSD Storage Facility Layout drawings. 1.2 Site Survey for HSD Transfer Facility & Design of HSD Transfer Facility Layout drawings. 1.3 Site Survey & Design of Piping between Bulk HSD Storage Facility & Bulk HSD Receiving Facility to SS-C & SS-B 1.4 Design of Civil Foundation Plan Drawings for 2 Nos. x 30 KL VERTICAL HSD aboveground Tank. 1.5 Design of Mechanical Tank Fabrication Drawings for 2 Nos. x 30 KL VERTICAL HSD aboveground Tank. 1.6 Site Survey & Civil Foundation Plan Drawings for 2 Nos. of 3 KL Elevated Temporary HSD Storage Tank Facility including fencing at Substation-B. 1.7 Design of Mechanical Tank Fabrication Drawings for 2 Nos. x 3 KL HORIZONTAL HSD aboveground Tank. 1.8 Design of 990 litres AST 2 nos. Service Tanks at Substation-B. 1.9 Design of Pumping Scheme between Bulk HSD Storage Facility & Bulk HSD Receiving. 1.10 Design of Electrical Drawings of Pump Operation Scheme at HSD Storage Facility. 1.11 Design of Remote Operating Station at HSD Receiving facility. 1.12 Earth pit location & Earthing layout of the Tanks. 1.13 Design of Instrumentation Scheme for HSD Storage Facility & HSD Receiving Facility. 1.14 List of level measurement devices and meters and other equipment as approved by PESO along with Product Specification. 1.15 Safety Interlocks in the Pumping Scheme.

Preparation of drawings and obtaining approval for the augmented HSD Bulk Storage facility from Chief Controller of Explosives, Nagpur / Joint Chief Controller of Explosives, Chennai of Explosive as per the technical specification B.1.

Preparation of documentation for Commissioner of Police or District Collector and with different departments (Like Fire, Revenue, Police department etc.,) and obtaining local NOC from District Authority - District Magistrate from the date of receipt of drawings approval as per the technical specification B.2.

After obtaining Layout Approval, NOC and total Completion of HSD installation - obtaining Competent Persons Certifications (i.e. Safety certificates under rule 130 and tank test certificate under Rule 126 under petroleum rules 2002.) as per the technical specification B.3.

Preparation of as built drawings, documentation for final licensing and obtaining Final License for Augmented Bulk HSD Storage & Transfer facility from Chief Controller of Explosives, Nagpur or Joint Chief Controller of Explosives, Chennai as per the technical specification B.4.

Supply, fabrication, erection & commissioning of Aboveground Bulk HSD Vertical storage tank confirming to API 650 of 30 KL nominal capacity fabricated from MS plates & their accessories as per the technical specification A.1.5 & C.1.

Supply, fabrication, erection & commissioning of Aboveground HSD Horizontal storage tank confirming to IS: 10987 of 3 KL capacity fabricated from MS plates & their accessories as per the technical specification A.1.7 & C.2.

Supply, fabrication, erection of commissioning of Aboveground HSD Horizontal storage tank confirming to IS:10987 of 990 Litres capacity fabricated from MS plates & their accessories as per the technical specification A.1.8 & C.2.

Supply, fabrication, erection, testing & commissioning of Fuel pump near the aboveground storage tank of capacity 80 LPM (approx.) with suitable motor as per IS- 2148 along with base plate for Decanting purpose as per the technical specification A.1.9.

Design, supply, fabrication, erection, testing & commissioning of Fuel pump for Distribution purpose near the aboveground storage tank of capacity 80 LPM (approx.) with suitable motor as per IS- 2148 along with base plate for Distribution as per the technical specification A.1.9.

Supply of CS Pipe of 2” (50NB) Sch. 40 as per Technical Specifications C.3.

Edge preparation, Butt/Nozzle/Mitre welding of CS pipes, pipe fittings and specialties using GTAW /SMAW process including supply of all consumables and LP 100% examination as per Technical Specifications C.3.

Supply and application of paint in all surfaces of pipelines including supply of all consumables as per Technical Specifications C.3.

Supply, fabrication, erection and painting of MS Structural supports involving preparation of drawings, cutting, Edge preparation, welding using SMAW process including supply of all consumables as per Technical Specifications C.3.

Erection of CS pipe sub-assemblies and other inline specialties on permanent pipe supports. This work involves transportation of pipes sub assemblies to site, fittings, etc., cleaning, pressure testing of fabricated sub assemblies, erection of pipe sub assemblies & inline equipments, Final testing and Flushing as per Technical Specification C.3.

RT examination of 50 NB CS pipe sub-assemblies joints including supply of all consumables as per Technical Specifications C.3.
