Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep in Soft / Loose soil for laying Pipes / Cables etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of DWC [Double Wall Corrugated] HDPE Pipe and including fittings such as couplers, bends, end caps etc., ISI marked of outer dia of 110mm and inner dia 95mm polyethylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as specified.

M & L for Cable End Termination Joint, Heat Shrinkable type, Indoor type, suitable for 11 kV Grade, 3 Core, 95 Sq.mm, HT, XLPE Insulated, Armoured Power Cable with Aluminium Conductor and testing after jointing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with Galvanised Steel Earth Plate Electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of Plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to 32 X 6mm GI Strip [Earth Lead] and GI pipe 50 mm, Medium Grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the Plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm Angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc. and disconnecting and taking down existing Earthing of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Precast RCC Cable Route Indicator duly engraved with letters "HT/LT UG CABLE", of size 600 X 600mm, 100 mm thick with Semi Circular Shaped Top made of RCC 1:2:4, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, duly Reinforced with High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10 dia, duly grouted up to 550mm using PCC, 1:3:6, Type C1 complete including necessary excavation and earth work and applying Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] over a Coat of Weather Proof Exterior Primer of same manufacturer as that of paint on all the exposed concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Soft / Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Graded Stone Aggregate filling of gauge not exceeding 63mm including spreading and levelling in layers, of 150mm thick, alround the Transformer, Two Pole / Four Pole Structure, LT / HT Panels complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying GI pipe, 100mm dia, Light grade for cable protection at road crossing etc. or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Factory Made, Outdoor type, Floor mounted, One Way, both side Extensible, Compact Switchgear, 11 KV, 630 Amps, 21 kA / 3 Sec, with Copper Busbar, consisting of One Number, 630 Amps, 11 Kv [E], 21 kA / 3 Sec, Load Break Switch in SF6 Gas insulated sealed for life minimum 2mm thick AISI 441 Grade stainless steel tank with IP 67 degree of protection, Short Time Current [STC] 21 KA for 3 Sec, Rated Power Frequency Withstand Voltage of 28 KV, Rated Lightning Impulse Withstand Voltage 75 KVp, FPIS & VPIS, Mechanical Interlock etc. as per IEC 62271-100/102/200, Manual Spring Charging, Capacitive Voltage Presence Indicator with integral mechanical interlocking Operating mechanism and Switch Position Indication, Manometer for SF6 Pressure Monitoring, One Number fault passage indicator shall be provided for Load Break Switch with 1 NO + 1 NC Contact, complete all as specified and as directed and as per Manufacturer’s instructions. Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Factory Made, Outdoor type, Floor mounted 12 KV, 3 Phase, 3 Wire, 50 Hz, 630 Amps, 21 kA for 3 Seconds, SF6 Insulated, 3 Way RMU [Manual Compact Switchgear] Comprising of 02 Nos of 11 kV [E], 630 Amps, SF6 Insulated Load Break Switches and 01 Nos, 12 kV [E], 630 Amps, SF6 Insulated VCB suitable for installations in 12 kV, 3 Phase, 3 Wire, 50 Hz effectively earthed system, including independent manual charged spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch with provision for earth and testing of cable including Air Insulated Cable Boxes with gland plates suitable for bottom entry 3 Core, XLPE, 11 kV, underground cable up to 120 Sq.mm with provision for earthing of cable including set of hooks for lifting during installation complete all as specified and as directed and shall comprise of the following: Make: BHEL / ABB / Siemens / Andrew Yule / Schneider / Crompton Greaves / Alsthom / L & T

A separate and independent 3 Position Earthing Switch and disconnector shall be fitted to open and earth the cables in such way that interlocks prevent all unauthorised operations. An operating mechanism shall be used to manually close the circuit breaker and charge the mechanism in a single movement. An independent mechanism shall be fitted for the 3 Positions Earthing Switch and Disconnector Circuit breaker shall be fitted with a local system for manual tripping by an Integrated Push Button. There shall be no automatic reclosing. Circuit Breaker shall have a min of 2000 Mechanical and Electrical Operations and 50 Nos Short Circuit Operations, Disconnector and Earth Switch shall have a minimum of 1000 [M1] Mechanical Operations, 100 Electrical Operations at rated current and 5 Nos Operations at Rated Short Circuit Current.

Notes: [a] An operator situated in front, lateral and rear [A-FLR 21kA – 1 Sec, Downwards Exhaust, for Tank as well as Cable Compartment] of the RMU Switchboard during an internal fault shall not be exposed to the effects of Arcing. Internal Arc Type Test Report for IAC AFLR 21 kA for 1 Sec for both Tank & Cable Box shall be for minimum 3 Way / 3 Function RMU. [b] All operations shall be from front of the RMU, including access to cable bushings. Bushings along the sides or the rear of the RMU are not acceptable. [c] The rate quoted is also deemed to be including the cost of connection of HT Cables up to 3 Core, 120 Sq.mm from 2 Pole / 4 Pole Structures, removing of cable loop and reconnection to RMU complete all as specified and as directed. [d] End termination joints shall be measured and paid separately. [e] CONSTRUCTION OF PLINTH / FOUNDATION FOR 11 kV RMU: The rate quoted is deemed to be including the cost of Plinth / Foundation and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. The foundation shall consists of Two Parallel Block Masonry Walls built in Cement Mortar 1:6 of required length, suitable thickness and height as per the manufacturer’s instructions over PCC Concrete Bed of 150mm thick in PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate over 150mm thick Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm of broken stones or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rolled, over 150mm thick Sand Bed, rendering to brick surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement, applying Three coats of white washing including earthwork excavation complete all as per manufacturer’s recommendations, drawings, as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Installing, Connecting, Commissioning and Testing of Transformer, Step Down, Indoor Type, Floor or Platform Mounted complete with standard fittings, 11 KV / 433 V [at No load], AC, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, of 315 KVA capacity, Double Copper Wound, Oil immersed, CRGO Core type Naturally cooled, Built-up with class "A" insulation, having Primary Voltage [HT] 11 KV and Secondary Voltage [LT] of 433 Volts, Delta connected on 11 KV Side & Star connected on 433 Volts side, designed & constructed with particular reference to Tropical Condition, conforming to IS – 1180-2014, Level-2 with latest amendment including PCC / Brick Masonry Foundation / Platform as per IE Rules, fixing HT / LT Busbar and Cables etc. complete all as specified and as directed and comprising of the following Specification and Fittings: Continuous Rating : 315 KVA No-Load Voltage Ratio : 11 KV / 433 V Tapping on HV [%] : ± 7.5, ± 5, ± 2.5 Phase & Frequency : 3 Phase & 50 Hz Connection : Delta Star Vector Group : DYN 11 Cooling : ONAN Type : Indoor

Note for Serial Item No. 16: The Transformers shall also be provided with following Terminal Arrangement & Fittings and rate quoted against respective item is deemed to be included for the same: Terminal Arrangement: [a] HV & LV Side: Cable Box [b] Quad furcating cable box with five compression glands for PVC Cable and One additional neutral terminal shall be brought out separately for earthing purpose on LV Side. [c] First filling of new and unused Transformer Oil [IS – 335 Marked], filtered and tested up to 60KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes. Certification of dielectric strength shall be submitted by the Contractor after filling the oil. Transformer Oil shall be got tested by AED.
