Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting pointas specified complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidattion of formation surface in cutting of roads/berms etc to the reqd level, gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tons power road roller incl filling in depressions which occure during process with approved earth.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Kerb Stone PCC (1:2:4) type B1, (20mm graded aggregate) of roughly squared stones of size 20cm x 30cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar1:4 and struckflush complete all as specified.

M&L for 150mm thick solling (or sub base) with broken boulder crushed/ broken stone interstices filled surface formed and rolled with 8 to 12 tones power roller to reqd camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick water bound macadom (compacted thickness) in ( two layers 7.5cm thick each) with graded broken stone aggregate of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm) granite trap or basalt, spread, levelled,rolled and consolidated to reqd gradient camber and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller all as specified.

M&L for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bitumen VG-10 @ 10 kg per 10 sqm of road surface, and laying 40mm thick bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete with 5.5% binder content VG-30 by weight of total mix with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre line, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads pavement with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cat eye ABS plastic with nail of size 120x120mm, 43mm reflective glass colour white/red/yellow provided with steel zinc plated with bolt of 12mm dia length 120mm for fixing to road by hammering complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one LED rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed
