Supply and replacing silica gel breather clear view type including first fill of good quality silica gel of capacity suitable for 63 KVA to 600 KVA transformer and 1000 KVA to 2000 KVA transformer / AVR units, complete all as specified and directed

M&L Earthing complete with GI earth plate 60x60cmx6mm thick electrode and 32x6mm GI strip as earthing lead burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level, conneceted to GI strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 and including earth work, PCC pit and RCC cover, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade, funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, 40mm dia light grade protection pipe and salt etc and connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion.

M&L in replacement off load tap changer for distribution transformer of any make and capacity from 200-600 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of bush type insulator brown in color working pressure 433 Volts LT side complete all as specified and directed

M&L servicing and repairing of OLTC (ON load Tap changer) for 11 KV Transformer by disconnecting and dismantling all burnt out cables / fuses/ relays / contactors, toggle switch/knobs /indicators/reading units and other accessories repairs / replace the unserviceable items and making the OLTC serviceable condition and connecting back to its original position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L servicing of 33 KV VCB / 11KV VCB / bus coupler by dismantling cleaning greasing the complete VCB with attached relays bus bar etc insulation testing, setting the contact gap by measuring as required reassembling the VCB and reinstalling back to its original position checking and repairing the current circuit panel wiring, replacement of new spares as required complete including operational testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : New spares will be measured and paid separately under relavent items of this BOQ.

M&L carrying out primary and secondary injection test of 33 KV or 11 KV indoor /outdoor type current transformer (Set of three) of VCB's by using standard injection test method and checking the electrical circuits for fault condition, all relay testing and proper functioning including submitting the test report complete all as specified and directed. Note : PIT/SIT for VCB will be carried out in 6 months intervals and each primary & secondary injection test will be measured and paid.
