NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 73.00 : (a) Making fillet of size 25mm x 25mm at corner of slab and wall with polymer modified cementitious (PMC) mortar consisting of one part of tapecrete P-151, two parts of cement and 6 parts of fine sand by weight. (b) Sealing joints of pipe with epoxy putty CICO POXY LC or epoxy mortar CICO POXY 2125. (c) Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing and watering and applying a coat of tapecrete P-151 Acrylic Modified Cementitious slurry consisting of one part of TAPCRETE P-151 and two parts of cement by weight. The coating shall be carried out upto 300mm above FFL and shall be allowed to dry for 4-6 hours. M & L preparation of roof treatment with APP polymeric water proofing membrane all as given below :-

NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 90.00 : (a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment,brick tiles and cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc and removing retrieved material to a distance n.exc 500m where directed. (b) M & L for plastering 10mm thick in CM 1 : 3 using 100% coarse sand on roof surface including water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS : 3384 - 1986 @ 0.40 Ltrs/Sqm and allow to dry. NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 92.00 : (a) Taking down existing Expansion/Crumple Joint,water proofing treatment,brick tiles and cleaning joint surface by washing and rubbing etc and removing retrieved material to a distance n.exc 500m where directed. (b) M & L for plastering 10mm thick in CM 1 : 3 using 100% coarse sand at surface of expsansion/crumple joint including water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Placing the required dia of baker rods inside the joint before applying the sealant (d) Applying and filling the joint with Fosroc thioflex 600(pourable grade) two part polysulphide sealant upto required level.

M & L for for providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liqiud water proofing membrane with resililent acrylic polymershaving sun reflevtive index (SRI) of 105 manufactured by asian paint Ltd, Berger, Pidilite or equvalent as approved by Engr-in-Charge in three coats at 10.76 ltr/10Sqm. One coat of self priming of elastomaric water proofing liquid. The operation shall be caiied out after scrapping and properly cleaning loose particle with wire brushes compete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Cutting and polishing Kota stone flooring treating the surface with beeswax polish complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling stone slab floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), and rubbish off premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18-22mm thick (of size not less than 55cm x55cm) machine cut, pripolished , Kota stone slab in floors over 20mm thick screed bed in mix 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing on surfaces of any description compete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure distribution board TPN, 4 poles ,double door, 4 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar vertcal type with provision to fix MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps 415 volts thermal megnatic base operated as incomer with neutral link and maufacturer by OEM incl concealed in surface of wall and making all connection using gland , thembles in required size including taking down of old unserviceable DB with accessoires complete all as specified and directed Note : Quoted rate shall be included the cost of MCCB , cutting plastering , colouring to surface of wall etc all site required matching with existing surface.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure for MCB distribution board SPN, double door, 8 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar 230 Volts concealed in the surface of wall including taking down of old unserviceable DBs with accessories complete.

Supply and fixing MCB , SPN, 2 pole 220 volts , 40 Amps , "C" Curve 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600 x600 x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanized GI strip 32 x 6 MM as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel besides building at all joints including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40 MM bore for protection of GI strip from earth electrode and 15 MM as watering with wiremesh funnel charcoal dust, common salt, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 MM graded stone aggregate for chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3 MM and RCC cover 40 MM thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 MM graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6 MM dia round bars @ 75 MM C/C both ways with MS handle 12 MM dia , PGI funnel and wire mesh , 20 MM bore GI Pipe light grade for watering complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I(2009) and connected to earth test point including testing complete all as specified and directed.
