Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (70mm) (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (b) With rock dust as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoRT&H specification) (i) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading II (19 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoR&TH cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (b). With rock dust as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoRT&H Specification) (I) with 60/70 or VG 30 - (ii) for Grading II (13 mm nominal Size) Note: DLP of 12 months is applicable for this item
