Supply and instalation of 3 mtr long 80 mm inner GI Pipe with suitable size on fencing for fixing light fixtures including fabricating base plate and clamps and paints with 1 mtr 32mm dia arm bracket paiting etc. complete as required as per approved drawing.

SITC of anti corrocive and chemical resistant cable junction box made of totally insulated and environment friendly recylable thermoplastic of size 200 mm x 160 mm x 98 mm (Hansel K9250 or equivalent) having internally embeded gasket and enlogated holes for adjustments and various arrangements for terminal mounting and dust to prevent in gress from back side suitable to accommodate incoming and outgoing cables and fixing on existing street light pole with suitable clamps, providing and fixing 1 No “C” series SP MCB, neutral link and terminal block for termination of cables in the box and arrangement for providing loop earthing etc. complete as required.

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of vermin, dust proof, front operated cubicle type free floor mounted double door, Outdoor LT panel made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly rust inhibited, Powder coated, fully compartmentalized complete with hinged front and rear doors with name plates, heavy duty rubber gaskets, removable gland plates made out of 3 mm thick sheet steel etc.as per drawing and specifications with following Incoming / Outgoing including earthing and painting etc as required.

Supply of 3.5 x 120 sqmm sizes of 1.1 KV grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, Aluminium conductor power cable confirms to IS 7098 (Part -1) with up to date amendments etc complete as required.

Supply of 4 x 25 sqmm sizes upto 1.1 KV grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor control cable confirms to IS 7098 (Part -1) with up to date amendments etc complete as required .

Providing, laying and fixing 100mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required.

Providing, laying and fixing 80mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required. a) Above 95 Sq. mm and up to 185 Sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 grade of following size on wall surface as required. a) Up to 35 sq. mm (Clamped with 1mm thick saddle )

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 grade of following size on wall surface as required. a) Above 95 Sq. mm and up to 185 Sq. mm ( Clamped with 25/40 x 3 mm ms flat clamp)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.a) Above 95 Sq. mm and up to 185 Sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs lugs for 3.5 x 120 sqmm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs lugs for 4 x 25 sqmm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I.pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Supplying and drawing 3 x 2.5 sizes round cable of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supply of Perimeter Light (For Pole Dia 43 mm. Max) 30W( MP ENDURA PEARL SL30WLED757SASYTOPCMP)

Installation, testing and commissioning of prewired, fluorescent fittings / compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tubes etc. directly on ceiling/ wall/Fencing/ false ceiling, including connections with 1.5 Sq. mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.
