Demolishing brickwork including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials as directed for all levels

Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified.

Providing soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete. (a).Brick on flat soling.

Demolishing plain cement concrete including disposal of debris as directed for all levels (ii) Prop (1 : 3 : 6) or richer mix

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). (a) In prop 1cement: 3 sand :6 coarse aggregate by volume

Brick work in cement morter with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete as directed. (I) In Sub-structure upto plinth level including dewatering if necessary (b) In proportion 1:4.

Cement plaster skirting with cement mortar in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junctions with floor. (a) 15 mm thick

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401 of MoRTH specifications (with an initial lead of 5 km) (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (b)Using Grading II material

Water bound Macadam (Providing laying, Spreading and Compacting stone aggreegate specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hard…By mannual Means Grading-III Metal (0.53m to 22.40m)

Providing SUN ROCK HIGH CTS/DEVI paver block/tiles of concrete grade M30 or above of approved wuality, size, shape of specified thickness over a liveling bedding layer of 30mm compacted sand over a base course of WBM or PCC (Base course to be paid seperately ) including cutting where necessary finished with spreading speeping jointing sand and compacting the pavers using vibrating compactor as specified and directed. (a)80mm thick
