Material and Labour for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas, roofs, facia etc. by necessary preparations i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, de-rusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and finished with cement sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand in patches area n.exc 5 Sqm each and thickness of RCC member exc. 50mm including applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces at height upto 12m complete all as specified. Notes:- 1. Cost of formwork shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor. 2. Flat area shall only be measured and paid.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc. including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc from walls and ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and fair using water proofing compound Complete all as specified & directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L preparation of new plaster surface and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/steel frame, glazed with putty and fixed with beads.

S&F sheet glass 3mm thick ordinary quality , fixed with oil putty in square not exc. 0.5sqm in each pane.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan “Orrisa Pattern” white of size 580x440mm with internal foot rest with PVC `P’ or `S’ trap, including connection to trap and flushing pipe etc complete and bedding in PCC 1:7:12 type F-2 complete all as specified Note:- Flush pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600 mm

S&F in repair Flush pipe of polythylene of low or high density or PVC, 32mm dia for low level cistern.

S&F in repair for 15mm bore angle Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down , high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handles , screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions, fancy type, chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type) and fixed.

Dismantling of roof brick tiles fixed in cement mortar in single layer.

Demolition mud phuska in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping complete all as specified and directed.

Roughing the surface of old concrete floor picking sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust/mud etc.and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3kg/Sqm.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding to maintain required slope finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of hot industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.6 kg per sq.m on roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/ Sqm) laid by forced application with butane torch over entire roof area with minimum overlaps of 100mm at the sides/ longitudinal edges of strips membrane and 150mm at the ends and sealed in after cleaning surface including bitumen primer @ 0.40 kg /Sqm including finishing with two coats of aluminium base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6, Joints grouted and flush pointed in cement mortar (1: 3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement, flush pointing in cement mortar (1:3) shall be done as a separate process, complete all as specified and directed.

All a per Srl item No 22 above but except tiles (old serviceable dismantled tiles obtained from Srl item No 15 shall be reused after necessary cleaning of mortar).

S&F in repair rotational moulded polytheylene triple layered white water storage tanks of capacity 500 Litres (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI marked, hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling of existing water tank and 20mm dia brass float valve with brass rod complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforcement) of any description and in any position not otherwise, specifically provided for sunken floor,disposal of debris and rubbish, unserviceable materials etc. complete all as specified.

M&L plaster 15mm thick in cm 1:4 in sunken portion of slab finisher fair and even using waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone agg in filling, fdn and mass concrete in sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for receiving the floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non skid dark Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including demolition of existing tiles and screed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ceramic glazed dark shade coloured tiles of size 450x350x7mm thick joint free on and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles on vertical surfaces of wall as in skirting/ dado including demolition of existing tiles and screed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS framed work as in door or gates or chowkats, ladder etc. of angle or other section with gusset plates, rail, braces, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rails & bottom rail;Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing including taking down existing shutters with iron mongrey.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. including excavation in post holes and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified & directed.

PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base under floor to raise level only complete all as specified.

Dismantling of existing tiles and M&L for 60 mm thick PCC (M-35) factory made with gray cement and pigment interlocking tiles/ paver block of shape/ size as conforming to IS 15658, joints will be filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
