Demolition of cement concrete and paving not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work /stone masonry/PCC Block masonry built in cement mortar of any description all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing posts or struts (wood, steel RCC) any section, posts embeded in cocrete, brick work, masonry etc, including taking out embeded portion and making good distrubed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No 1.003 above but posts embeded in natural ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of chain link fencing, any type and mesh complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description hacking for key or raking out joint on old brick work / stone / concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. Exc. 0.5 cum getting out in hard / dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of shafts, wells cess pits, manholes, piers holes not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out loose or any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete, (1:4:8), type D2 using 40 mm grades stone aggregates as in foundations and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled Mild steel works as in angle iron post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc., including all necessary drilling, bolting of riveting conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link fencing any size or type etc complete all as specified and as dicected

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled Mild steel as in screw bolts (machine made, dia of neck 10mm) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n.exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 ( using 20 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Walling of squared rubble stone masonry, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 1.015 above but except stone work. NOTE:- Stone as obtained from Sl Item No. 1.002 shall be re used.

Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4), type B0 ,using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitrerd/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed..

Broken glass coping with 25 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) with rounded or weathered finish, using broken glass of bottle or glass of 63 mm thick guage embedded firmly in the mortar @ 4 Kg of glass per sqm of rendering surface, keeping jogged edges of the glass projecting on top of compound wall incl taking down old glass coping with rendering complete all as speicfied and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old treated plastered or unplastered wall surfaces of any description including brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot’s, moulds, moss and efflorescence, salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one finishing coat of white wash on wall surfaces all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 1.027 above, but two coats of white wash.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete, (1:2:4), type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in copings, fixing of post/ Chajja kerbs, roof padding/staging of water tank etc including necessary fromwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick with soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of stone set paving of any description or thickness as in floors, aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in any cement mortar including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8), type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to floors, 75mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete designer chequered tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25mm thick, exterior grade, coloured glossy finish, rubber pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / colour / matrix of tiles as in floors, over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M-sand spread and compacted as in cushioning material complete all as specified and as directed.

Machine presssd pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured paving blocks of glass fibre reinfoced, glossy finished, vibro compacted, any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thick, M-35 grade to match with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Rubber moulded pre-cast Kerb stones of cement concrete (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, factory made, size, shape, pattern and finish as approved, including rounding, chamfered or half round and bedded on perfectely levelled surface pointed and jointed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new or previously un treated concrete surfaces of kerb stone of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer with single or multi colour as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as dircted.

Rolled Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Precast Reinforced cement concrete, type B1 (1:2:4), using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.
