The Following works are to be carried out at 132 KV D/C Tajpur-Nehtaur(220) Line under ETD Bijnor

Digging the pit around the tower leg of the size2x2x1.5M cut the copping with the help of chisel and hammer of leg upto 1.50 m depth, Clean the junked leg with the help of emery paper/iron brush. Apply two coats of good quality red oxide primer at rusted portion. make 12 Nos. holses of 18mm dai (4 holes at bottom and 4 holes at top) of rusted portion in 90mm x 90mm x 1.5M size angle with the help of gas cutter. Fixing additional galvanized angle with the help of nuts & bolts, also fill up mid portion by welding for strengthening the stub of tower. to build up chemmney of leg upto 30cm above ground level with 1:1:3 ratio cement and concrete. (The M.S./G.I. Angle and nuts & bolts shall be given by the Deptt. free of Cost). Note- All T&P, Labours & Raw Material will be provided by the Contractor at his own cost to complete the job satisfactory.
