Sch 'A' Part-I (Building Work) 1 Construction of BLOCK OF 04xJCOs Living ACCN (D/S) complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings WD-5276-06 (ARCH) Sheet No. 1R/9, 2/9, 3R/9, 4/9, 5R/9, 6R/9, 7/9, 8R/9 & 9R/9 , WD-5276-05 (ARCH) Sheet No. 10R/10 , and WD-5276-06 (STR) Sheet No. 1/5 to 5/5. NOTE :- (i) This schedule is pre-priced by MES. (ii) Civil works like site clearance, internal electrification, internal water supply, plumbing work etc., shall be measured and paid separately under respective schedule but rate quoted are inclusive of door, windows, ventilator, roofing, false ceiling, flooring, external/internal wall finishes, ramp, RCC roof, parapet, all MS/structural steel work as in truss, purlin,column, base plate, nut, bolts, washer, cupboard etc. all as shown in drawing.

Construction of Septic Tank for 10 users complete all as specified and shown in drawings.

Construction of Soakage Well 2.4 m dia and 3 m depth, complete all as specified and shown in drawings.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with using approved copper coding as per IS 1.5 sqmm multistranded, 1100 volt grade copper conductor cable of PVC insulated and unsheathed type along with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for continuous earthing in and incl PVC conduit with accessories having ISI mark fixed on wall surfaces / ceiling including provision of PVC Box on top for fixing switches, sockets, etc., for one light point / fan / Bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 5.01 here-in-before, but controlled with one 3 pin socked outlet 15 Amp, independent board with cable 2.5 sqmm multistranded, 1100 volt grade copper conductor cable of PVC insulated and unsheathed type along with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for continuous earthing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 5.01 here-in-before, but controlled with one 3 pin socked outlet 5 Amp, independent board with other switches with cable 1.5 sqmm multistranded, 1100 volt grade copper conductor cable of PVC insulated and unsheathed type along with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for continuous earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 9 Watts LED Lamp (bulb), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing storage type water heater of capacity 25 litres with multifunctional safety valve, electric operated 230 V, single phase complete including one number of heating element, automatic, thermal cut out, fusible plug, anti-vacuum system, built in pressure release valve, thermostat, rust proof powder coated body, indicator lamps and all safety devices as per E-in-C's Branch technical instructions including provn of grouting bolts in walls including angle cock 15 mm CP, cPVC Connection suitable for 15 mm bore pipe 450mm long etc., and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. Connected with galvanised earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts hook nuts and washers as earth lead including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mmx300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4) funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size in (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) reinforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1 (2009) and specified including and provision of GI wire upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm bore dia light grade GI pipe for protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing wire to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover.

S&F for wiring for circuit / submain wiring with 2 single core PVC insulated unsheathed FR cable 1100 volts grade heavy duty copper conductor multistrand of size 6 sqmm (nominal area) drawing in and including 20 mm dia steel conduit concealed / surface conduit heavy duty accessories and fittings with chasing / cutting and insulated unsheathed FR cable copper conductor multistanded of size 6 sqmm as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note: 2 run of 6 sqmm cable and 1 run of 6 sqmm cable earth wire and 1 run of 20 mm dia steel conduit shall be measured as one unit for payment.

S&F for wiring for circuit / submain wiring with 3 single core PVC insulated unsheathed FR cable 1100 volts grade heavy duty copper conductor multistrand of size 6 sqmm (nominal area) drawing in and including 20 mm dia steel conduit concealed / surface conduit heavy duty accessories and fittings with chasing / cutting and insulated unsheathed FR cable copper conductor multistanded of size 6 sqmm as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note: 3 run of 6 sqmm cable and 1 run of 6 sqmm cable earth wire and 1 run of 20 mm dia steel conduit shall be measured as one unit for payment.

Supply and fixing PPR Gate Valve (Brass insert) suitable for 25mm outer dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PUF insulated cylindrical tank of capacity 1000 Ltr vertical type double layer duly filled with PUF insulation superior quality to resist in temp -30 to +35 degree centigrade along with hinged top lid of same material with locking arrangement and hoisted on platform complete with making pipeline connection with the following specification :- (a) Inner tank will be double layered HDPE food grade material. (b) Outer 4mm thick FRP jointless casing of tank. (c) Thickness of PUF insulation shall be 75 mm having minimum density of 44 kg/cum +/- 10%. Complete all as specified and directed.
