Taking down old unserviceable point wiring from existing conduit / batten type (light, fan, socket or power point) complete such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent holder, regulator and socket etc and removing the material from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as original i.e. brick work, plastering, white washing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for one socket controlled by one switch with 4 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked, 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked as earth wire, connecting to common earth dolly with thimble, in and including PVC concealed conduit, ISI marked of size not less than 25 mm dia and 1.5 mm wall thickness including fittings such as tees, bends, elbow, reducers, junction box including cutting, chasing, making good in CM 1:3 and including pressed steel powder coated MS sunken box of suitable size with cover plate for fixing modular switches / sockets and making good surface as original by plastering and white / colour wash / distemper etc complete all as specified. Note: The cost of MS sunken box and modular accessories (cover plate) shall be inclusive in the unit quoted rate.

Supply and fixing modular switch, single pole, one way, 16 Amps, 1 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing modular socket outlet 6/16 Amp, 2/3 pin combined 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing modular switch and socket starter, 25 Amps capacity for AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in replacement, MCB , 10 KA, 6 to 32 Amp, Single Pole, 'B' curve type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in replacement, MCB , 10 KA, 40 to 63 Amp, Single Pole, 'B' curve type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only servicable MCB of suitable capacity, Single Pole, retreived from Md Accn complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing blanking plate of plastic (suitable for distribution board) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Distribution Board, double door, made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, surface mounting, SPN 16 way, 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolators etc and making all necessary connections including taking down old unservicable boards complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring consisting two run single core PVC FRLS insulated cable with stranded copper conductor, size 10 Sqmm, earth wire 10 Sqmm one run of stranded copper conductor, drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit not less than 25 mm dia (2 mm thick wall thickness) inclusive of MS junction / terminal boxes and all fittings and accessories including taking down old unservicable sub main wiring complete all as specified. Note:- Two run of cable10 Sqmm and one run of 10 Sqmm earth wire including PVC conduit shall be measured as 'One Unit'.

All as per Srl Item No 11.00 here-in- before but cable size 4 Sqmm, earth wire 4 Sqmm.

Supply and laying GI steel tubing, 50mm bore, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads / along pole / wall, for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning, powder coated, factory made, Panel, Indoor type, conforming to IP 52 protection, size 1.0 x 0.90 x 0.60 m, made of robust steel sheet construction, 3.00mm thick with counter sunk holes, at bottom for base mounting brackets and sheet steel gland plates for cable entry, formed gasket around doors with provision of lock insert, earthing straps, wiring plan pockets, door stay, angle iron frame and grouted in suitable size of platform made of PCC 1:2:4, type-1, panel prewired with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor cable, multistranded, housed with the following accessories:- (a) MCCB 4 Pole, 160 Amp, 35 KA with spreader terminals and adjustable thermal setting - 01 No (Incoming) (b) MCB DP 63 Amp - 04 Nos (c) Aluminium Bus bars of rating, 200A - 1 Set. (d) PVC box for fixing electronic energy meter of suitable size - 04 Nos

Material and Labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mm, 6mm thick, burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate to a depth not lesss than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron earth lead wire of 4mm dia by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers. wire laid in 15mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following:- (a) Test point of GI strip of size 32mmx6mm. (b) Watering pipe of GI pipe light grade 20mm bore from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit. (GI Funnel should properly tightned on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits) (c) PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 plaster including RCC pit cover 25mm thick with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia suitable for carrying of pit cover (d) Angle iron frame made of 40x40x4 mm angle iron PCC pit for holding the pit cover. Note:- The cost of excavation & earth work shall be included in the quoted rates.
