M&L for 50mm dia and 350mm long medium grade GI pipe spouts with wire gauge on inside mouth to be fixed before water proofing treatment of sunken slabs by cleaning RCC slab surface floors and walls by wire brush and rendering 6mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound on uneven surface to make the surface even, filling it with water for checking dampness and seepage, all junction and walls where CI/GI pipe are passing be sealed with epoxy mortar. Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proofing coating of minimum thickness 1mm each layer as per manufacturer's instruction on floor and walls ( upto 100mm above FFL and spraying coarse sand on surface till the seccond layer is green, applying 20mm thick plaster in CM1:4 mixed with WPC of approved make on floors and walls including rounding of corners and junctions towards spouts. All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all around after painting with anti corrosive black japan paint on CI/GI pipes.. Testing the water proof area by filling water for at least 72 hours and testing for leakage/seepage for the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. Applying two coats of hot blown bitumen @1.50kg/ Sqm for each coat and laying 50 micron black polythene film in floors complete.

Demolition of plain cement concrete unreiforced of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide and 30 mm deep at every 2.4 mtrs interval filled with bitumastic compound etc complete all as specified and as direted.

M & L for glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 6-7 mm thick, coloured, on vertical surfaces, set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigments to match the colour of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 6 to 7 mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles,over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI tubing from trenches / wall including all fittings segregated, cleaning and stacking the pipe for reuse at site if required complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earthwork if any shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Taking out carefully Precast RCC cover slab of septic tank, excavating and taking out sludge including foul water in a closed container by mechanical process or manual process, transporting to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 500 m and depositing the same in excavated earthen pit of sufficient size and depth in any type of soil within the defence land, where directed, returning, filling in earth into excavated pit after every disposal of sludge, cleaning inspection pit, sludge chamber inlet and outlet pipe, cleaning MS rungs and also applying one coat of linsed oil complete for septic tank capacity from 25 user to 500 users, cleaning the septic tank with fresh water complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Depth shall be measured after bailing out water from septic tank (ii) Cost of bailing out water shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.)

Taking out carefully the cover slab of each manhole of depth from 1.0 m to 2.0 metre and removing the sludge by mechanical process or manual process, transporting to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 500 m and depositing the same in excavated earthen pit of sufficient size and depth in any type of soil within the defence land, where directed, including returning, filling of earth in excavated pit after every disposal of sludge and also applying one coat of linsed oil and cleaning with fresh water, placing the cover slab in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage sewage line manually and then with fresh water of pipe 100 mm dia / 150 mm dia in between man holes and passing rubber ball of suitable size through line to ensure all blockage perfectly clear to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning carefully the blokage of soil / waste pipe manually and then using fresh water of the blockage in CI / PVC Pipe 75 to 100 mm dia on walls and ensure all blockage perfectly cleared including necessary scafolding up to a height of 20.00 metre to the entire satisfaction of complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out carefully the cover slab of gulley traps of any size and shape ,depth and clearing the blockage by removing the sludge/any material to a distance exc. 250m and n.exc. 500m and cleaning with fresh water placing the cover slab / Grating in position complete all as specified and as directed
