M&L preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water , scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal (including supply of road metal) rolling and well ramming surface of road complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primer at 10 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L 30 mm thick consolidated thickness Bituminous Premixed semi dense ashphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver and hot mixed plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR using paving bitumen VG-30 over complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 5.5% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out be less than 5.5% than minimum binder content of 5.5% givne herein above shall be provided. (b) The premix semi-dense asphltic concrete shall be procured form computerized hot mix plant as approved by GE. (c) The vintage of sensor paver shall not be more than 05 years

S&F in repair Cat Eyes of aluminium alloy body solid of size 110 x 120 x 20 mm with PAMA striplers reflectors fixed on the road by using and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. Model No 972 of Dark Eye or equivalent in approved makes.

S & F in repair solar powered road stud (Cat eyes) aluminium alloy shall (100 % water proofing design according to IP65) of size 125x125mmx20-25mm thick (65mm shank) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed re chargable/1600 MA) consisting of super bright LED with battery (1.2 V, 10000 to 18000 mcd) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Road marking strips, lines, dashes arrow, letters etc of 2.5 mm thick (reflective type) on new road/ pavement and the like surface, exceeding 10 cm wide with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approvd colour confirming to BS-3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 1130.00
