DG SET Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 3 phase, 415V, 50 HZ, 125 KVA ( ISO 8528) Silent Diesel Generator Set incl full tank HSD oil comprising of Engine, Alternator, AMF panel, Base frame, Fuel tank, Battery, CPCB approved acoustic enclosure incl all interconnection between Generator and AMF panel etc having following specification: Engine (a) Make- Make : KOEL GREEN /Crompton Greaves/ CUMMINS/Volvo/Parkins/Eicher/ Ashok Leyaland / Greaves Power / Mahindra (b)Aspiration- Turbo Charged. (c) No of Stroke- 4 (d) RPM- 1500 (e) Required Power for Rated kVA (bhp) - 159 ( Prime Continuous ) (f) Battery- 12 volt DC with connecting leads & terminals. Make: Exide/ Amaron.

(g) Type of Cooling- Turbo Charged. (h) Air Intake System- Air intake manifold with air filter system. (i) Exhaust System- Residential exhaust silencer with flexible bellow and companion flanges inside the acoustic enclosure. (j) Coupling & Fly Wheels- Befitting coupling, Fly wheel & Fly wheel housing. (k) Lubricating System- Provided with Oil pan, engine mounted lube oil pump and lube oil filter along with first fill of lube oil. (l) Fuel System- Comprising of fuel pump with Electronic Governor, 12V solenoid coil and replaceable fuel filter. (m) Starting System- 12V DC electric starter and 12V Battery charging alternator.

(n) Safety Control- Comprising of protection against low lube oil pressure trip, high coolant temperature trip & Emergency stop switch. Engine over speed indicator, Battery charging and low battery indicator (o) Power Start Control: (i) Provided with Microprocessor based generator set monitoring & control system mounted in the Genset Control Panel. (ii) LED Lamp indication for GENSET RUNNING REMOTE START, SHUT DOWN, (iii) Data Log includes Engine run time & Controller on time. (iv) Engine Data Display Arrangement - Starting Battery Voltage, Engine Running Hour, Engine Temperature & engine oil pressure. (p) Lub oil consumption- Should be < 0.5% of Specific Fuel Consumption. (q) Fuel Consumption at 75 % full Load 23 ltrs or less per hour. (r) Fuel Consumption at 100 % full Load 31 ltrs or less per hour.

Alternator : (a) Make : KOEL GREEN /Stamford/ Leroy Somer/ Crompton Greaves / ABB / ALSTHOM (b) Rating: 125 KVA 415 V., 3Ph. 50 Hz. 1500 RPM with Class - H Insulation. (c) Type of Alternator: Brushless, self excited & self-regulated through (d) Voltage Regulation: ± 1% (max.) (e) Overload: Permissible overload of 10% for 1 hour in 12 hours of operation, (f) Protection: IP - 23 protections . (g) Winding connection : Star with Neutral (h) Total Harmonic Distortion : less than 3 % BASE FRAME: Common MS Channel fabricated base frame, primer coated & painted, containing the engine and the alternator mounted through AVM Pads.

AMF Panel Cubical type floor mounted AMF panel made from 14 SWG Sheet Steel, duly pretreated, powder coated painted and aesthetically finished, suitable for controlling of 125 KVA DG set having following specification/features. i)2 No. 250 A AC3 duty, 4pole power contactor and U/V release etc. [make: Legrand/ SIEMENS/Schneider/ABB] ii) 2 Nos. 250 A, 4 pole, 50 KA MCCB with microprosser based LSIG protection. [make: Legrand/ SIEMENS /Schneider/ABB] iii) In Built By-Pass switch for rated capacity iv) On -delay timer for load change over v) On-delay timer for engine shut off vi) Engine On-Off switch (Push button type)

xi) Microprocessor based relay with composite meter for digital display of following. Generator voltage/AC Mains voltage. Generator Current in all phases Frequency Power Factor Energy Indication for alternator supply Running time indications number of hours of operation and service intervals, service due indications The AMF panel must be designed to ensure trouble free performance and ensure switching over Electrical Load to DG within 15 (fifteen) second from the instant of mains failure.

Fuel Tank: 270 LTRS OR higher, detachable tank built inside base frame complete with drain valve, air vent inlet & outlet connections, fuel gauge filled with full HSD oil. Acoustic Enclosure: High quality, sound proof, weatherproof, environment friendly Acoustic Enclosure fabricated from 16 SWG Sheet Steel & powder coated, specially design to meet up CPCB - II standards to maintain the noise level below 75dB (A) at a distance of 1 Meter from acoustic enclosure under free field condition. NOTE: - i) Efficiency not less than 90%. ii) Warranty 2 Years or 5000 hours whichever is earlier.(including freight charge) Base Frame :- Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

Terms & Conditions :- (i) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relevant IS specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer. (ii) Necessary manufacturer's test certificate for Diesel Engine, Alternator etc. Will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment. (iii) Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produced at the time of delivery issued from competent Authority (As per CPCB-II). (iv) Circuit Diagram for AMF Panel must be submitted from the Manufacturer/ OEM. (v) The entire set must be warranted at least 15 months from the date of Delivery/12 months/ 5000 Hrs from the date of Commissioning whichever is earlier. However Engine & Alternator should be warranted of 2 years/5000 Hrs, whichever is earlier.

Providing Cement concrete foundation for the DG set with 1:2:4 (1-Cement: 2 coure sand : 4 Graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (M-20 grade) including excavation, providing base concreate with 1:5:10 Cement Concrete, required centaring/ shuttering, finishing the exposed portion etc. as required (item will be paid based on measurement for 1:2:4 CC, but excluding the 1:5:10 leveling course of base concrete) as per direction of EIC and manfacturer recomendation. Size of Foundation :as per layout

S & F of Exhaust gas piping of (100 mm diameter) MS black class -B pipe welded incl. all necessary bend, support & clamps anti vibration mounting insulation of exhaust system with 50 mm thick mineral wool coverd with wire mesh and aluminium cladding (from DG set to top of the building plus 3 mtr. or as per CPCB II ) FOR 125 KVA DG set as per direction of EIC.

Supply,Delivery including transportation of Mobil Oil.

S& delivery of 200 ltrs. Capacity heavy gauge MS sheet barrel with MS angle made support stand.

S& delivery of best quality oil hand pump with1'' dia PVC flexible pipe(12 ft approx).
