Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to beused or auctioned up to lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness.

Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth toembankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per TechnicalSpecification Clause 302.3 (Manual method should be adopted where machines can not be deployed due to site condition)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table (300-2) ( including compensation of earth.)(a), ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) ( a ) From Private Land

GSB : ''Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material (Table: 400-2) (Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC,and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per cl. 401( with an initial lead of 5 Km.) ( ii ) For Grading -I Material

WBM -II: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheeled 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone acreening/binding matrials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specification clause 405 . (B) By Manual Means. WBM Grading -II ( b) Using Screening Type -B ( 11.2 mm agg.)

WBM -III: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheeled 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone acreening/binding matrials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specification clause 405 . (B) By Manual Means. WBM Grading -III. ( b) Using Screening Type -B ( 11.2 mm agg.)

PC : Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

TC : Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous / granular surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Bituminous macadam: Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder,transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant ) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)
