S & F in repairs vitreous china urinal, half stall type, white (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; connecting to automatic flushing cistern , fixing flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe. etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old existing flush pipe, union, grating, PVC connection etc shall be reused. If new items required / ordered to fix, tha same shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective item here-in-after as SUPPLY ONLY.

S & F in repairs vitreous china sqatting pan, Orissa pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. including making good to floor complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old existing flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc.shall be reused. If new items required / ordered to fix, the same shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective item here-in-after as SUPPLY ONLY.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on any faces of brick work in CM1:6 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of floor finish/ wall finish (tile) any type including backing/ levele cource, any thickness, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (designer Pattern) in vertical surface 450 x 300 x 7 to 8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with the tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick wall complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles (squre/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and coloured pigment to match the tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 20 mm bore tubing, any type including removal to store (if directed) or from site and making good dismantled portion as requird complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing 20 mm bore old tubing any type with new or old fittings in new or old position walls, celing, roof etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Tubing obtained from item No. 36 above shall be used.

S&F for 20 mm bore GI tubes medium grade , with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings,roofs or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down15 mm bore tubing any type including removal to store (if order) or from site and making good dismantled portion as requird complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing 15 mm bore old tubing with new or old fittings in new or old position walls, celing ,roof etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Tubing obtained from item No. 39 above shall be used.

Supply and fixing 15 mm bore GI tubes medium grade, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings,roofs or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 500 Ltrs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (three layered) with cover (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, 1000 Ltrs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (three layered) with cover (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, 2000 Ltrs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (three layered) with cover (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair gun-metal globe or gate valves 20 mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of concrete / brick bats filled in sunken portion of slab for repair of roof treatment and romoving as directed and reused complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treating sunken portion with water proofing treatment, complete all as specified and directed and comprising the following:- (i) Preparation of bottom & sides of sunken slabs portion by brushing, cleaning and applying 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's direction. ( WPC shall be measured and paid separately) (ii) Applying one coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.5 kg/sqm as per manufacturer’s instruction after eliminating all sharp projection & cleaning of loose material of plastered surfaces. (iii) Laying 3mm thick polymeric standard membrane felt with 90 micron HMHDPE centre core and weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm fixed on the coated surface, bottom & side walls of the sunken portion with minimum overlap of 75/80 mm fixed with torch application. Care shall be taken that no air bubble is left in between the surface of the floor/wall and the felt. (iv) Applying a tack coat of hot bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm and as per manufacturer’s instruction..

M & L for PCC 1:5:10, type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling mass concrete, sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone agg ) in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 15mm bore dia cast copper alloy chromium plated wall mixer screwed down high pressure with or without lettered Hot or Cold with long screwed shanks and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
