Construction of granular sub-base by Plant Mix Method by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at Optimum Moisture Content, carriage of mixed Material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader/ Paver on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401.For Grading I Material.

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.Laying By Grader/Paver.

Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standard 458:2003 non pressure-3 class of 900 milimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 complete.

Excavation for foundation in hard murum including shoring and strutting, dewatering as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed etc. complete.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of Granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kilogram/Square Metre using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by flames in boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on dry/hungry Black Top surface at 3.00 kilogram per 10 Square Metre using VG-30 grade bulk bitumen.

Proving and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam using crushed aggregates of grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 bitumen at the rate 4.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired density for 76-100 milimetrem compacted thickness, using Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, Vibratory Roller with Stone Dust filler.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of Grading-1, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.20 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 50 milimetre compacted thickness with VG-30 Bitumen, excluding prime/tack coat. Using Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, Vibratory Roller with Stone Dust filler.

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers/ Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kilogram tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular Number RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dated 11-06-1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 milimetre, 100 milimetre and 102 +/- 2 milimetre and with minimum reflective area of 13 square centimetre on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree.
