S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel, plain black sheet 1.25 mm in hearths, covering to door shutter, covering to door chowkhats (frames), chullah hoods etc cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel members etc with plain 40mm lap joints or welded / riveted , seams including bending , turning up mitred angles stopped ends, outlets etc as required.etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in Joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lenghts i.e. within 20mm of the lenght directed) and similar work conforming to Fe-290 GdeE-165.etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in lintels, cills steps, seismic and other similar bands , copings, kneelers, apex stone bed plates , kerb ,water troughs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth with using extra cement.etc. complete all as specified and directed.
